Ocean view home on front row overlooking the entire Bay and with views to Catalina from the front and back of the house.(pictures do not show how close you are to the water!!!) This home was recently remodeled and fully furnished in 2022 and is located in the gated community of Regatta. It has a great open floor plan with indoor/outdoor living on large ocean view deck and back yard. All new furniture with 85 inch TV, complete sonos system and everything you need, just bring your clothes and enjoy the beach weather. This house has the best sunrise and sunset views. The large master suite is completely private and Guest queen size bedroom has an ocean view. The Third Bedroom can be an office or bedroom. Home is fully furnished and has every you would need. This gated community has a pool, spa and gated entrance. Short term or long term possible. 2 car garage with driveway. four minutes by bike or car from the lantern district restaurants or the strands beach or 7 minutes to the harbor. we prefer no pets but understand that they are part of a family so we charge a $900 pet cleaning fee up front and $100 per month per pet. home is ready for immediate move in on a 3-6 month lease. NO OTHER cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).brbrHOUSE SUPPLIES:brYour home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper.brbrOTHER ITEMS:brThe property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash.brbrGUEST ACCESS-brGuests have access to the entire home. Accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!brbrOther things to note….brbr- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -brbrWHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT brCheck in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)brbrWILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY brOur homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.brbrDO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE brCleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.brbrWHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS brAll of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.brThere are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash.brbrDO YOU HAVE BEACH TOYS, CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS FOR RENTER USE:brYes, we provide beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels.brbrCAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME brWe do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.brbrDO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS brNo, please bring your own Bluetooth enabled devices.brbrDO YOU ALLOW PETS brNo pets allowed.brbrWe`re located in what is referred to as the Riviera of the west. There is no point in leaving!brbrConveniently minutes from downtown Dana Point, San Clemente, 20 minutes from Laguna Beach and a close 30 minutes to Newport Beach.brWe highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.brbrPARKING- The number of vehicles registered to the home and allowed into the the gate is strictly enforced. Any vehicles over the allotted amount will need to park in the overflow lot adjacent to the security gate and either driven in or the guests can walk in.brbrNOISE ORDINANCE:brQuiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.brbrLoud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!brbrPETS: We`re pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking). We do allow some hypoallergenic breeds for a 150 per pet fee. Must be crated or supervised at all times.
