With 160 degree ocean views, this Townhouse is only a 2 minute stroll to some of the best beaches in San Diego County ... and southern California in general. Two reserved parking spaces for your cars are provided in the gated garage, along with a large separate locked storage cabinet to store all of your beach fun equipment. Only a short walk away from many good dining and shopping choices in Solana Beach, this is one of the best locations and properties in San Diego County !!brbrAir Conditioning: Very few properties on the Solana Beach 'Bluff' have air conditioning available. Our newly remodeled and contemporary designed Solana Beach property provides air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms, and on the second floor living area. Each of the bedrooms has its own new and independently programmable air conditioning, which allows you to control the room temperature, fan speeds, auto start and stop times, filters the air, and other features by remote control.
