The open layout brings ocean views into every corner, thanks to large glass doors that blend the indoors with the outdoors.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up anything from beach day snacks to full meals. Dine together at the table or perch at the breakfast counter, perfect for easy, casual mornings or late-night snacks.

Balboa Breeze offers two comfortable bedrooms – the primary with a cozy queen bed, ideal for winding down after a day in the sun, and a second bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed that's a hit with kids or friends sharing the adventure. Please note that you must pass through the queen room in order to access the bunk room. The half bathroom is accessible only from the outside of the home.

Surf's up! This coastal city has the largest recreational harbor on the West Coast and is known for its amazing beaches, parks, restaurants, and outdoor shopping centers. The living is easy here and it invites you to ride bikes along the boardwalk and watch pros surf some of the biggest swells in Southern California at The Wedge. Take the ferry to Balboa Island for some of the best seafood in the area and to visit an old-school amusement park with a historic Ferris wheel.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that you must pass through the queen room in order to access the bunk room. The half bathroom is accessible only from the outside of the home.
- Please note: A neighbor two houses down has begun construction, so there may be occasional daytime noise. Thanks for your understanding!
- The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay.

Parking Details:
- Guests have one reserved parking space, located on the left side of the carport.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    The location was ideal. The house was clean and comfortable. Great ammenities like games, beach towels and toys. Plenty of kitchen tools and linen. There was some construction noise very close which spoiled the patio time and early morning.
