Stayed Jan 12, 2026Great location and everything you could possibly need. Took the fairy to Balboa Island and the unit was very conviently located for day trips to places like San Diego. Upstairs neighbors moved in our last night and were quite noisy. I felt it was too late (2am) to call the owners though when I reported it they said I should have—that they would have visited them immediately. Good communication and would definitely stay again.

Stayed Aug 3, 2025Perfect spot in Newport Beach near to beach, restaurants, summer water sports, and shopping. Very clean comfortable accommodations with stocked kitchen, bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Very nice site for relaxing and enjoying the local area. Area is also a great jump off spot to Orange County activities if desired. Outside front patio (with barbecue (we didn't use) including dining table. Wifi was great. Communication with host was spot on. Would stay again.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Great family time & so close to the beach! Loved the location and a lovely lower unit with garage parking. Loved that beach chairs and amenities were provided for our use. Check-in process was great; very friendly & helpful. The only thing that was missing in the unit was a cutting board in the kitchen, and the bed pillows were way too hard/foam. The upper unit was occupied two of the nights we were there and they were night owls until early morning, with heavy feet. Other than that, it was great. Stayed Jun 23, 2025It was our first time in Newport Beach and it was amazing! The property was only about a block from the beach, and there were several beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards at the property, which was a big selling point for me. The garage was bigger than anticipated, but we primarily walked, it was about a mile to the pier, and less to the shops and restaurants on the boardwalk. Super helpful being able to order/deliver groceries in advance. The only thing I did overlook when booking was that there was no A/C in the house; we had to close it up during the day, and they did have multiple fans (and ceiling fans) but it was still pretty warm. Overall the trip was fantastic, the rental company was great to work with and very welcoming, we'll definitely come back!

Stayed Dec 20, 2024We stayed here for our little honeymoon after eloping in Laguna Beach in December. Management was quick and professional to answer any questions we had before our stay. Rich met us at check-in and was fantastic! We also had the opportunity to meet the owners of the home who were incredibly welcoming and generous! Location was amazing. The home was amazing. Management was amazing. We have been looking forward to a future stay and just rebooked for Thanksgiving week. Can’t wait to stay again!

Stayed Dec 5, 2024We came for our daughter's 5th birthday weekend and could not have chosen a better spot! An easy drive to Disney but in such a calming and gorgeous spot by the beach so that mom and dad got to relax as well! There were so many walkable spots to check out near the house and it truly was such an incredible stay! Great neighborhood, beautiful house, couldn't ask for anything more and we cant wait to book it again next year! Thank you Rich!!
