Not only does this home back onto a nature sanctuary but the house itself boasts vaulted ceilings, and spacious living area and bedrooms. You'll feel like you're staying at a resort!br****New rules in British Colombia state that all short term rentals must be part of the owners principal residence. Any short term rental you look at in BC or certainly in the greater Victoria are has to comply with these same rules. These rules are enforced by huge fines or delisting properties that are not compliant. brHaving said that, my wife and I are compliant and have completed all documentation with the province and the local city government. We have purpose built a lovely three bedroom, two and a half bathroom space for you to enjoy. brHaving said that you must understand that WE LIVE IN THE BASEMENT with our small dog Hershey. She is a hypoallergenic dog. Meaning those that may have allergy concerns should not be concerned. She is non shedding and her breed is a Cockapoo. Hershey has no access to the rental space unless it is given to her by our guests. She sometimes spends more time with our guests than she does with us. brThe basement suite has it's own entrance and thus your space is completely separate. We have been using this daily rental as our retirement income for many years and are very comfortable with the set up. We leave our guest completely alone to enjoy the space as they like and have no issues with groups of any size.
