Each suite is uniquely designed with its own character and personality, ranging from efficient studios to spacious two-bedroom accommodations, all featuring private kitchens and bathrooms.brbrFormerly known as Trutch Manor Suites, the property was, for many years, one of Victoria’s beloved bed-and-breakfast destinations. There are stairs to the building and to the suite, (sorry no elevator), and it is not wheelchair accessible. As such, it will be challenging for those with mobility difficulties. brbrThe bathroom is an ensuite, which is in the bedroom.brbrThe couch can be pulled out into a double bed, not queen size bed.brbrOur posted rate is for double occupancy. Each additional guest after 2 is $45/night. brbrLaundry is in the basement of the building, free of charge. There is a set of stairs going to the laundry room right across from the main entrance of the building. Laundry hour is between 9 am - 8 pm.brbrWe have motion sensor security cameras on the outside of our building which stay on during 24/7. One at the main entrance, one on the side of the building above the gate, one near the fire escape at the back of the building, one above Unit 7 entrance, and one on the garage facing our parking lot. We do not have any recording devices inside the building or in any of the private spaces.brbrSometimes my 7-year old dog, Cosmo, a medium-size Labradoodle, stays with us. You may see him play outside in the courtyard. He is super friendly. However, if he sees you for the first time, he may bark at you.
