Minimum stay 31 days due to local municipal regulations. br Consider this lovely, bright 1 bedroom suite steps to a sandy beach in Cordova Bay, Victoria's hidden gem, for a quiet retreat or an active vacation. There are 4 large closets in the suite, the bedroom is very large (with a desk) and there is a fully equipped kitchen with solid surface counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, double sink and kitchen island. The living room has a sofa and lazy boy leather chair. The brand new TV includes cable service.brbrThis suite is situated at the road level with your own off street parking. Views of the ocean and Mount Baker in the distance from your own private outdoor patio. If you are an early riser, you can watch spectacular sunrises over the water.brbrThe beach is approximately a 2 minute walk from your suite. It is about 1 kilometer in length and at some low tides it is possible to walk a much longer distance along the sand bars.brbrIn addition to the stunning scenery, there are various species of wildlife to encounter including seals, eagles, blue herons, otters, cormorants and deer. On rare occasions we have seen orcas and grey whales in the bay.brbrCordova Bay 18 hole Golf Course, is a 15 minute walk. It is one of best public golf courses in B.C. and is immaculately maintained and an Audubon Certified golf course. There is a nice restaurant and lounge at the golf course. There is also a 9 hole par three golf course, above the main course, maintained by the same grounds crew to similar standards.brbrSteps down the street is The Haro, a luxury, mixed use condominium development with many shops and services. The manor is now renamed “Larkspur Manor Suites” to pay homage to the beautiful Victoria, City of Gardens. Larkspur is an old-fashion flower that comes in a variety of shades, with beautiful meanings, most commonly used to symbolize love, affection, strong attachment, happiness, and a pure heart. We believe Larkspur beautifully represents our manor in welcoming people from all shades to have a wonderful, happy experience, whether they are here for a special occasion, holiday making, or to reconnect with loved ones and families.
