Beautiful space, blocks from the ocean & Cook St

We had a great stay in Fairfield, Victoria! Lovely suite, very clean and pet-friendly, perfect communication with hosts, and awesome neighborhood. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants, and our dog loved the quick walk to the beach, where she swam every morning. We'd love to come back someday!

Everything was clean and had alot of accommodations from water to snacks to mini fridge. We had our own parking when we stayed here. We mainly was around to sleep and shower but gone most the day. I will give it 5 stars!

Great space for those looking to be out and about and have a place to land at the end of the night. Walkable neighbourhood, clean and well stocked, accurate as advertised. Thanks for a great place to stay!

We enjoyed this well-appointed space. Easy to live in with many thoughtful touches from our hosts. Lovely location close to the ocean and the Cook St. Village. Our hosts were very responsive to our needs.

This was a very nice place to stay at. Clean and well kept. Was a little out of my way as I had business at the University but still not too far and really clean. No ice cube trays.

My suite was lovely, immaculate and the bed was so comfy. Very quiet. I will definitely make this my go to place whenever I visit family in Oak Bay.

This was our second stay and it was lovely. We met one of our hosts as we were leaving and she was so friendly. We always get a great night sleep in the comfy bed. Nice quiet neighbourhood and perfect location to walk to the ocean or visit downtown. We’ll be back!

Such a cozy little suite in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. Everything was clean we were so thankful for the comfy bed and lovely shower. The location is in a perfect location to walk to the ocean and to downtown to take in the sights. We would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were exactly as advertised with no surprises. Parking our rental car was convenient, which made coming and going stress free. The location is outstanding- we were able to easily walk to beautiful parks, the waterfront, and restaurants. Great trip from start to finish!

Jaye and Liza are excellent hosts. Our ‘suite’ was cozy, comfortable and clean, with all the right added touches. The location is excellent for easy walking to Cook St Village, Inner Harbour and downtown, Craigdarroch Castle, the Breakwater Cafe and pier, and Beacon Hill Park.

Jaye and Liza were about the best hosts we've ever had. The space was part of the house, but completely private, and they respected our privacy fully. And yet they were always available and eager to help. The space itself had everything a traveler could want and was beautifully and thoughtfully outfitted. And the best part was the location: smack dab in the Cook Street Village neighborhood and a quick walk to the fabulous ocean bluff walk. My wife and I and our dog had a lovely stay. A cute little garage-turned-hotel room. Situated in a great location between Clover Point and Beacon Hill Park. The walk to and from downtown is very manageable and offers a beautiful trip through local flora.

This cozy, quiet and comfortable guest suite was sparkling clean and warm on the cold January weekend we visited. Our hosts were welcoming and responsive. We appreciated being so close to neighborhood venues and walking all over Victoria. We highly recommend these hots and their property.

Lovely quiet neighbourhood not far from shops and restaurants.You will stay in a ground floor suite that is very comfortable and convenient. Our senior dog loved it and it was nice to be able to let him out easily. The yard isn’t fenced but that was good for us anyway.The apartment is well planned out and plenty of space for the three of us .Very clean and the beds are very comfortable with nice pillows and sheets.There is no kitchen sink but it wasn’t an issue for us for our four night stay.Jaye and Liza are very accommodating and will wash dishes you may have.We would recommend this apartment if you like a quiet but convenient place to stay in Victoria.Thank you Jaye and Liza, we hope to be back one day

We were incredibly pleased with our stay in Victoria. Liza and Jaye’s place is perfectly located in a lovely neighborhood near the ocean, park, and restaurants. Their spot is nicely designed, clean and tidy, and very welcoming. Excellent communication. We will certainly stay here again in the future.

Hi, This was a very nice place to rent and I'd stay again. It is not a huge place and is a basement suite, as the pictures show, but very cozy. There isn't a full kitchen, but they do have a microwave, toaster and small fridge etc. I'd recommend. Fantastic neighborhood, perfect choice for a visitor to Victoria.

This lovely suite was easy walking from Dallas Road, Beacon Hill Park and Cook Street. Good bus services to Downtown or UVIC. Very good communication with the very helpful hosts. Hopefully I can visit again.

We truly enjoyed our stay near the Cooks Village. Jaye and Liza were quick to respond and their place is well appointed and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed. Very clean, comfy bed, nice towels, easy check-in. Highly recommend and we would stay there again.
