The bedrooms and second full bathroom are located on the lower level. There is also a small nook containing a bar fridge and sink. The 3rd bedroom has a comfy pull out sofa bed (double full memory foam mattress) and a TV with Blu-Ray player. The bedrooms have queen beds, sliding patio doors and partial ocean views. There is a portable fire bowl located on the lower lever, with chairs.
