You can relax in our patio for four which has Adirondack chairs, a small table, solar lights, BBQ, and endless views of the night sky. brbr~Kitchenette~ You will find our kitchen includes a sink, a hot plate, mini fridge/freezer, basic spices, pots and pans, dining utensils and supplies, and more. On the patio is a BBQ. Since space is precious we don't waste it with extra kitchen items but you are welcome to request things like blenders, toasters, microwaves, etc. brbr~3 piece bathroom~ You'll find the bathroom is fully stocked with the necessities such as soap, towels, toilet paper, hooks for clothes, etc. It includes a sink with cupboard and mirror, a dual flush toilet, and a large shower.brbr~Queen size luxury bed~ You will find the bed located in the loft of Sagebrush Caboose. It is located about 500 meters away from Sagebrush Caboose, by your hosts' house. You will find a large, heated saltwater pool (open seasonally from mid-May to mid-September) which is about 2.25 meters deep at one end and 0.75 meters deep at the other. You're welcome to enjoy our spa which is large enough for 5 people and has 64 jets, led lights, and a waterfall. Also in this patio space is a pool house where you can change, multiple seating areas with umbrellas, sun loungers, towels, and many pool toys and floaties. brbr~Garden~ You are welcome to browse our garden and pick any produce you may find ripe and in season. You’ll have views of the hobby vineyard from the spacious 2,700 sq. ft. patio and, in the summer, get a front row seat watching the cyclists passing by during the annual Granfondo Axel Merckx Okanagan. We’re minutes away from Fairview Golf Course and the town of Oliver. A short 12-minute drive will take you to the new Wine District Village development. Inside our space, you’ll feel comfortable with the three bedrooms with comfortable beds and closet space for storage for 6 people. There is a small area adjacent to a laundry room with a 2-piece bathroom. The main washroom is a 4-piece bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge and counter space for preparing delicious meals. Outside has a large 2,700 sq. ft. concrete patio with comfortable patio furniture, a fire pit, a propane BBQ, and 6-person hot tub (located beside the patio). These offer ample opportunities to enjoy the outdoors day and night. Climb up to the top of our property and soak in the sweeping views of the South Okanagan Valley. If you need to relax by the water, take a short15 minute drive to Rotary Beach Park on Tuc-el-Nuit Lake. It is close to downtown Oliver and includes a playground, picnic tables, washrooms, grassy and sandy areas, with a spectacular view of McIntyre Bluff. *Please note that this is a working vineyard, and crews may be on the property from time to time. This will not affect your visit. ** This property uses a septic system and well water system. Please follow the signage on the do's and don'ts of usage. *** Visitors are allowed beyond the gate towards the highlands to access the mountain views at your own risk.
