Our secure and trendy condo comfortably accommodates 4 people, with a queen bed and pull-out sofa bed.brbrThe Downtown Urban Oasis condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quality utensils, granite counters, stainless steel appliances including fridge, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, frother, kettle, microwave, toaster, complimentary coffee & tea, bar-counter seating, in-suite laundry (washer, dryer), iron, and ironing board. The living space has a 55 inch TV, high speed wireless internet. The bedroom area has a comfortable queen size bed with luxurious linens and nightstands. There are two closets with plenty of storage space. The bathroom features a shower with a rejuvenating deep-soaker bathtub, spa linens, spa shampoo, conditioner and body soap. brbrThe luxury suite was recently decorated and fully furnished by an Interior Design team specializing in vacation rentals. The condo is walking distance from historic Chinatown, Market Square, the Empress Hotel, Government street, the Parliament buildings and the Inner Harbour. Located within the condo building is Tombo, Victoria’s well known bakery & cafe with fresh pastries and gourmet coffee. Next to Tombo is Agrius, a farm-to-table, local organic restaurant open for lunch and dinner. We provide a welcome binder containing a list of our favorite local eateries, pubs, bars, attractions, Wifi Info, TV instructions and personal host contact information!brbrThere are several gyms, yoga studios and waterfront walking/running paths located nearby. Welcome to the Cozy Carriage House! We hope you enjoy your stay here. We travel a great deal ourselves, so we have tried to make this space into somewhere we would like to stay.brbrThis warm and modern space is yours to enjoy after experiencing all that Victoria has to offer. Relax with a glass of wine, cook, or relax in our comfy bed with some Netflix.brbrCOFFEE, TEA, and EXTRASbrbrThere's coffee and tea in the red canisters. The coffee is a nice variety, and is good when it's made in the little French press. There is black tea in sealed sachets in the large canister, and the unlabelled bags in the small canister are lemon herbal tea. There is also green tea in the cupboard. Below the element (next to the fridge) there is an electric kettle. The milk in the fridge is always fresh, and the water bottles are complimentary. Help yourself to whatever snack is on the premises – we try to provide some small granola bars, nuts, or similar, in case you arrive late and feel undernourished…!brbrCLIMATE CONTROLbrbrShould you feel chilly, there is an extra blanket in the closet, and there's a white heater console on the wall between the fridge and bed. It is pretty self-explanatory, and it heats up quickly. Temperatures are in Celsius (65℉ = 18℃, 72℉ = 22℃, etc…). All we ask is that you don't run the heater and leave the windows open at the same time! (You would be surprised how often this happens !)brbrIf you are hot, it does usually cool down significantly at night here (no matter the season) but if leaving the windows open is not sufficient, there is also a fan in the closet.brbrIN THE AREAbrbrAt the intersection of Foul Bay and Neil (a 5-minute walk) there is a little cluster of shops, including a small grocery, a cafe/coffee shop (Caffé Misto), a pizza place, and a deli. The deli, Charelli's, has an amazing selection of cheeses and meats and various imported treats. You can get fresh sandwiches made from their supplies at any time, and on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday there's a take-out window where they make delicious hot sandwiches.brbrIn the other direction, just past Hillside & Shelbourne (15 minutes' walk), is a mall and commercial area with a supermarket (Thrifty Foods), liquor store, fast food, shopping, etc.

One parking spot is available for the suite.brbrThe living room has a 70inch smart TV, with a work from home space by the stairs.
