Ski-in/ski-out was easy and location was right near the skating pond and tubing. Village was an easy stroll. Lots of room in the condo, which is well furnished, clean and has all the supplies you need. Lindsay was super responsive and her directions to the condo, and in the house manual, were among the clearest I’ve ever had! Would definitely pick this place again for another trip to Silver Star. Pretty much ski in ski out, the slopes are about 2 mins walk and you can ride down to the lifts, the main village is about 20 mins on foot and 4 mins by car. A huge dining table meant we could all sit and enjoy each others company, eat, laugh and share stories. We cant comment on the skiing because only one member of our group skied but the location - stunning! Lovely village, good coffee, great walks. I could wax lyrical forever about it but l will end here praising the team at Silver Star Stays for their 5-star customer service, it was an absolute pleasure working with them. Very nice place and was bigger than expected, which was a nice bonus. It had all of the kitchen/laundry essentials of which we didn’t plan to bring for a 3 day stay, but we severely appreciated it. The place is quiet and surrounded by incredible natural beauty. The support was perfect, we were always promptly served. The house was clean and organized, we felt at home. The bedrooms divided up really well for us. The loft area was great for kids playing Nintendo and the kitchen had lots of dishes and cutlery. Many loads of dishes were washed successfully. The lodging was comfortable and in a great location --skiable out the door for both alpine and Nordic trails, and a quick walk to Tube Town, the ice rink, and the Village. The gas fireplace made for a cozy feeling inside. It was a short walk to the village. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day out on the trails. The owner was in the unit above us and was very friendly and helpful at answering questions about parking etc. Silver Star Stays was also responsive and friendly. We *thought* we had an issue (it didn't end up being an issue) with the dishwasher, and they came out and helped us figure out what was going on and how to use it. It is a short walk to the village and to the skating rink and tube park for fun after the ski day. What I was pleased to find was how close to the lift the property actually is.
