There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.brbr4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property. brbr5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.brbr6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

House is built on sloped backyard. This is three-story house with two car garage and owner's private room in the basement (we are not there when the house is rented). Stairs from the street level leading to covered veranda and to the main entrance with key-less door lock. The main entrance lead to the foyer with stair case to the second floor, half bathroom and study room. The main floor has standard equipped kitchen, walk in pantry, dining and great room (open to the second floor ceiling) open area. This is the area where whole family can get together; seating 3 at the raised eating bar (part of the kitchen's island), seating for 6 at the dining table and seating for 6 at the round game table. Sectional (additional two sofa beds are in the open study room) will provide more space for quiet time. Back door leads to the backyard deck. This is large wooden deck with benches along the edges and additional table and patio chairs (lot of sitting) and BBQ just outside the door. Backyard is not fenced and provides access to the community pathway if you still have enough energy to explore neighborhood or just walk the dog.brOn the second floor there are three bedrooms; the master bedroom with queen size bed, walk in closet, and an en-suit. The second and the third bedroom have a single and a queen bed. Those two bedrooms share another four piece bathroom. brAlso, on the second floor a laundry nook is located with stacked washer and dryer.brCarpet on the upper floor and lino on the main floor. brAll widows throughout the house are covered with blinds. brbrInside, you will find everything what is needed for long or short stay.
