House is built on sloped backyard. This is three-story house with two car garage and owner's private room in the basement (we are not there when the house is rented). Stairs from the street level leading to covered veranda and to the main entrance with key-less door lock. The main entrance lead to the foyer with stair case to the second floor, half bathroom and study room. The main floor has standard equipped kitchen, walk in pantry, dining and great room (open to the second floor ceiling) open area. This is the area where whole family can get together; seating 3 at the raised eating bar (part of the kitchen's island), seating for 6 at the dining table and seating for 6 at the round game table. Sectional (additional two sofa beds are in the open study room) will provide more space for quiet time. Back door leads to the backyard deck. This is large wooden deck with benches along the edges and additional table and patio chairs (lot of sitting) and BBQ just outside the door. Backyard is not fenced and provides access to the community pathway if you still have enough energy to explore neighborhood or just walk the dog.brOn the second floor there are three bedrooms; the master bedroom with queen size bed, walk in closet, and an en-suit. The second and the third bedroom have a single and a queen bed. Those two bedrooms share another four piece bathroom. brAlso, on the second floor a laundry nook is located with stacked washer and dryer.brCarpet on the upper floor and lino on the main floor. brAll widows throughout the house are covered with blinds. brbrInside, you will find everything what is needed for long or short stay.

Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.br4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property. br5. No boats or trailers are allowed in this complex. Please contact us ahead of time if you require parking for these types of items and we will do our best to support you.br6. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.br7. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.br8. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

GRIZZLY HIDEAWAY - A Serene & Private Lake Community Home!

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation you have found it at the Grizzly Hideaway! This beautiful cottage offers 4 bedrooms and tons of space for your family getaway. The private backyard can be enjoyed by two separate decks, and a lower patio. The treed area behind this cottage is a great place for kids to be able to explore and play and leads down to the private access area where you will find both the tennis courts and the private beach/marina area. You will be given access to this beautiful private beach with a pass card when booking the home. This home is indeed air conditioned for those hot summer days to make a great retreat from the sun! brbrWe allow up to 12 people to stay at this cottage (6 people at base nightly price and then a charge per person after that.). There are 4 bedrooms total and each have a queen size bed, as well the common area in basement has 2 full size futons, and there is a single pullout couch in one bedroom that sleeps one person comfortably. We have a few single sleeping mats, and a large queen mattress in upstairs closet as well. brbrFor the sake of our future guests and the wear and tear of our home we do not allow shedding pets in the home.
