Please note that while the home and green space makes you feel like your tucked away, the home is located on the corner lot of a family friendly complex- so must be respectful to our neighbours and abide to house rules listed below. brbrOn occasion, I stay on the property in my lock-off garage bunkie with my dog Luna. I run a cleaning company in town and have to stick around when I’m on jobs. There is a single window looking into the back yard.brbrThe third bedroom/office has large windows on 2 sides and gets great afternoon light and views into the backyard. Blinds provide privacy and shade in the summer. The bed is a queen . The work station has a standing desk.just to add it has has a crib.brbrThe fourth bedroom with queen beds.brbrThe patio in the back has a dining set that can accommodate 8 and gets sun during the day. It can be accessed from the upstairs living room with easy access to the kitchen. There is a full size BBQ on the patio also.brbrThe backyard is large and flat and great for kids to play. A fence surrounds the yard, however there are some retaining walls that create a fall hazard for small children so supervision is necessary.
