We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners. Therefore, we will know if parties are being held. Not for commercial use or special occasions without pre-approval (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photoshoots, etc.). While our building is the closest you can get to the water, it is a short walk across the street to either the Lagoon, or the lake at Rendall Park.br5. Throughout the winter season, some shops and cafes such as Muddy Waters might be closed, but most restaurants, the mineral pool and Harrison Resort Spa are open.br6. As this is a brand new unit and building, please bear with us through any unforeseen challenges that may arise. We will try our absolute best to provide the best experience we can for you and appreciate your understanding as we go through our first booking season.
