You will be responsible for the rest of the stay.brbrTo turn on the tv. Turn manullay (found lower right side of tv or use the black and white remote control to turn on ) then use the black remote and press okay...then you are setbrbrThe temperature in the house is always kept at 70 degrees. (Thermostat is upstairs)If you find it chilly there are numerous blankets throughout the suite. There are also 2 space heaters in the livingroom closet. Place one in the hallway outside the bedrooms. Place the second one in the livingroom but plugged behind the office door. These heaters draw a lot of power and if plugged in an outlet with other devices, the fuse will blow. If plugged on the same circuit, the fuse will blow. The fuse box is located upstairs and I will have to switch it back on. If you find it too warm, I will turn down a few degrees if you ask....brbrNo gatherings or parties at the house. No one other than the registered guests are allowed in the suite or on the property. The Premium Guest Suite is located in a walk-out basement of my house, situated in an incredibly beautiful, green, and peaceful area—like an oasis at the foot of the mountain. What makes my property unique is its proximity to the highway while remaining completely free from highway noise. It takes only five to eight minutes to drive to, making it convenient to reach any destination. There are also two bus stops within walking distance.brThe guest suite itself, including the bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, dining room, and kitchen, occupies 851 sq ft. It has windows in each bedroom. The unique design of the suite, executed in an exclusive style, adds to its charm and appeal.brOne bedroom is the Premier Bedroom (202 sq ft), which is spacious and considered a master bedroom, and the other is the Deluxe Bedroom (89 sq ft), which is smaller yet cozy.brThe Premier Bedroom features a King-size mattress, the Deluxe Bedroom has a Queen mattress, and the Dining Room includes a fold-out sofa bed that is Double.brEach bedroom has its own heater with a thermostat on the wall near the heater. You can set up your preferred temperature and it will keep it during your stay.brThe entrance to the two-bedroom suite is in the backyard.
