Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.brbr8. Enjoy close access (3-minute drive/15-minute walk) to the Windermere public beach. There is plenty of hiking nearby as well.brbrThere are multiple hot springs a short drive away which are great both summer and winter. Commercial hotsprings include Radium and Fairmont. There are several natural hotsprings in the area as well.brbrThe town of Invermere is a short 10 minute drive for all your essentials. Our favorites include the delicious bakery, tea store and Stolen Church ice cream.brbrWinter brings abundant outdoor activities with Akiskinook being right off BC's Powder Highway. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.brbr7. The green space out to the ridge is shared with the neighbours. Please respect the space and those around you. Bring in all furniture, games, or belongings at the end of each day or whenever not in use to keep the area tidy and respectful for everyone.brbr8. There is a large deck off the main floor with a BBQ and dining set. The front of the house has a beautiful garden area and there are many mature trees around the almost 1 acre property. The beach is a short 6 minute walk away and the dock is in from May long to September long weekend. The boat buoy is good to use from May 1st until the end of October and then strap your skates on and enjoy the whiteway when the lake freezes in December. The white way is a maintained 32 km skating pathway that connects Windermere to Invermere and loops the lake. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

Please leave the community keycard where you found it in the unit upon checkout. If it is lost or stolen there will be a $100 replacement charge.
