No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.brbr3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.brbr4. No pets of any kind are allowed in this property. brbr5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.brbr6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.brbr7. The green space out to the ridge is shared with the neighbours. Please respect the space and those around you. Bring in all furniture, games, or belongings at the end of each day or whenever not in use to keep the area tidy and respectful for everyone.brbr8. Please cover all outdoor furniture with provided covers upon check out or when raining.brbr9. Pool table is for adult use only. No sitting, standing, or placing drinks/food on the table. Use provided cues and balls only.brbr10. The home is on a sensitive septic system. Nothing other than human waste & toilet paper can go down the toilets. No grease, wipes, feminine products, or other items in drains. No food scraps, coffee grounds or any solid materials in any drain/kitchen sink. You will be responsible for any damage caused to the septic system resulting from your stay. brbr11. Care for the property like you would your own home; no eating or drinking on the beds or couches & please use coasters on the wood surfaces.

brCozy 2nd floor corner unit condo for rent at Akiskinook on Windermere Lake. Corner unit has lots of natural light, high vaulted ceilings and extra main floor space. (Not many corner units available for rent at the resort). This condo features a master bedroom with King sized bed on the main floor with an open concept loft on the second floor, featuring two separate sleeping areas. One with a double and single bunk bed, the other having a queen bed.brbrThis condo is perfect for families or groups looking for a great Summer or Winter getaway. Looking to golf, our place is close to many golf courses. The condo is also great for families with small children as it has many baby/small child accessories, ex: play pen, high chair, baby gates, toys. brbrWifi and TV's are provided.brKitchen is fully stocked and there is a BBQ on the patio. brbrThe property has great access to the private beach and includes many amenities. Amenities included are: a recreation centre which contains a NEWLY RENOVATED POOL & HOT TUB (Feb 2023) with lake views, a games room, fitness equipment/squash court and TV and computer area. There is also a playground and a tennis court on site. brbrThere is a private beach/marina which is great for Summer or Winter, there are bathroom facilities at the beach! In the winter months a skating rink takes over the place of the marina and many Winter Sports can be enjoyed. Enjoy skating or cross country skiing with great quick access to the Whiteway path which goes along the entire lake. Panorama ski hill is a 25 min drive from the condo and Fairmont ski hill is a 20 min drive. The radium and Fairmont hot springs are also a short drive from the condo. brbrThe town of Invermere has some great local shops and restaurants and will not disappoint.brbr

After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

Completely renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo at Akiskinook resort. Akiskinook is a year round family destination that offers tennis, pickle ball, basketball, Racquetball and badminton. The community centre is equipped with a games room and a newly renovated pool and hot tub (spring 2020). Unfortunately the pool is closed at this time due to covid protocols. The private beach and Marina on lake Windemere is just a short walk from your front door.
