Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.brbr8. The fridge and stove are fairly new and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Many small appliances are also available including coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, etc.brbrA selection of games including crokinole, cards, and an original Nintendo game system will keep you entertained. A toy box filled with puzzles, books, lego, K'Nex and wooden blocks will keep the little ones busy. There are two televisions with cable and wifi is accessible for renters.brbrIt is only a 30 minute drive to either Panorama or Fairmont ski resorts (winter season) or a half dozen amazing golf courses (spring, summer, and fall). We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.brbr7. The green space out to the ridge is shared with the neighbours. Please respect the space and those around you. Bring in all furniture, games, or belongings at the end of each day or whenever not in use to keep the area tidy and respectful for everyone.brbr8. The white way is a maintained 32 km skating pathway that connects Windermere to Invermere and loops the lake. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
