Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s). brbr7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.brbr8. Please note that garbage removal is not included at this property, and garbage will need to be taken to the nearest refuse station upon check-out to avoid a $50 removal fee.

As you walk up the two flights of stairs to the top floor, you will see the entrance to 4015 A&B on your right. Through this door you will find both unit entrances, plus the communal laundry closet that is shared with unit A.brbrMAIN UNITbrOnce through the unit's main door you enter into the open plan living space that is fully equipped with everything you could need for your getaway. Immediately on your right is a door to the ensuite bathroom (Jack and Jill doors), and then a second door to the main king bedroom. Through the lounge area you will find a door to the balcony area.brbrKITCHEN & DINNINGbrThe kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster oven (please note, not full size), 4 ring stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00
