The deep seating couch in the living room has a very large over-sized queen sofa bed with a brand new memory foam mattress for maximum comfort. brbrSleeping Arrangements: 1 King Bed (new memory foam), 2 twin bunks (with privacy curtains & new memory foam mattresses) and 1 over-sized queen sofa bed (new memory foam mattress)brbrYou will find your kitchen well stocked with all the amenities you could ask for. There is a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, toaster, margarita machine, blender, food processor, rice cooker, hand mixer and more. You will find high end cookware, plenty of cooking utensils, dinnerware and drink ware for all the various types of drinks you could imagine. There is a large refrigerator with filtered water and ice, a large pantry to store additional food. The pantry and kitchen are already stocked with cooking oils, spices, coffee & tea, sugar, flour, condiments & dressings and more so you won't need to buy as much during your stay with us. There are plenty of baking dishes and sheets as well. brbrBoth the living room and bedroom feature flat screen televisions with cable TV & Roku for streaming access to movies, Hulu with Showtime, Netflix, Network TV Streaming Apps, HBO and more. There is a DVD player in the living room as well in case you want to watch DVDs. You will find cards and games in the utility closet, along with beach chairs, sand toys, a hammock for the deck, pop-up beach shelter, an umbrella and more in the deck box outside. There are toys in the storage drawers under the bunk beds for the little ones too. brbrIn the bathroom, you will find plenty of luxurious bath towels, along with oversized beach towels and extra linens in the closet. The bathroom has a bath tub/shower combo with a hand-held shower head to pull down and wash off your feet or your little ones coming in from the beach with sand. There is a washer & dryer in the alcove of the bathroom and we have provided detergent and fabric softener for you to use during your stay. The dispenser in the shower is stocked with argan oil shampoo & conditioner and luxurious body wash for you to use, and you will find cotton balls and Q-tips so there is no need to pack those. There are 3 adjustable bar stools that can be dropped down to sit at the table if you prefer not to eat at the bar. The first one can be found at the front door with the smart lock that allows you in with a simple code, so there is no need to pick up keys or carry keys with you. The HVAC system is equipped with a smart thermostat and a touchscreen to adjust the temperature. This smart thermostat is equipped with Amazon Alexa and you can literally just ask Alexa, lower the temperature to 70 or ask her for restaurants or places to see nearby. This unit has one bedroom with a king bed and two twin bunk beds in the hallway. Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, Keurig machine (please bring k cups), toaster and all utensils, dishes and glasses. Unit has WiFi, Netflix and cable TV. TVs in living room and bedroom. Washer/dryer. Absolutely no need to bring anything. We are stocked like a hotel with all sheets and linens cleaned for you and ready before you arrive. We also are fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. brbrThis condo is located all the way at the end of the beach strand by Fort Fisher. What that means is the beach is never packed. At times, you will feel like you are on your own private beach. If you prefer crowds, go one mile South to Fort Fisher Beach area or two miles North by the pier. Surf fishing is superb directly in front of the condo because of a large rock formation off of Fort Fisher. Just to the North a couple hundred feet, you will find one of North Carolina’s very few coquina rock outcroppings. The kids will be entertained for hours playing on the rocks. brbr**We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance for stays during the months of June through October, however the most active months for hurricanes are September and October. There is still room to walk the beach heading north from condo. The beach replenishes itself VERY fast afterwards, so conditions can change in a matter of days**brbr** We have a security camera at the front door and on the exterior perimeter of the balcony. This lovely condo sits on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and the beach which is 200 feet from your unit (I don't know how vrbo comes up with a 7 min walk, must be talking about time to get to the center of town in Kure Bch). This is a listing that is sure to please, I have set it up to rent to 2 adults or 2 adults with up to 2 children, if the third child is still small enough to sleep in the queen bed with you, that is fine. The unit sleeps four. As of 3/15/26 we are now accepting 2 payments instead of 1 payment to book your vacation. Note that if you blow up the location map it is actually located in the second building from the north in this complex. This condo is directly next to Ft. Fisher state park and less than 1.5 miles to the NC Ferry to Southport, a great little town to walk around in and visit several antique shops. It also is about 1.5 miles to the NC Aquarium, everyone will enjoy this.brKure Beach pier is about 1.7 miles away for some great fishing, good ice cream and a gift shop and game room.brThe pavilion by the pier always has some type of entertainment going on during the summer, and the boardwalk is nice to walk and sit by.brThe military has a small base here within walking distance open to the pubic with tanks, helicopters and various pieces of interesting equipment.
