Enjoy the swell and some good breaks at “Surfers Cove” located in the Riggings Complex on the southern end of Pleasure Island. This ground level condo makes it feel like you are riding the waves from the living room.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed and has access to a hall bathroom with a shower/ tub combo, vanity, and laundry closet. In the hallway alcove, twin bunk beds provide additional sleeping areas. The living area provides an astounding ocean view through thesliders and leads out to a covered deck.

There is assigned parking for 1 car near the unit and 1 additional space in the overflow lot across the street from the complex. Enjoy a swim in the oceanfront pool or a stroll on the beach, using the private beach access for guests of The Riggings. The beach re-nourishment project prohibits anyone walking or sitting on the sandbags, they protect our beach.

At the Riggings Condos in Kure Beach, NC, enjoy a quiet escape in a one-bedroom condo with direct beach access. Located on the far south end of Pleasure Island in Kure Beach, this complex is near Fort Fisher aquarium and historic Civil War battlegrounds and offers a private pool.

This unit is just a short driving distance to the NC Aquarium and Fort Fisher Museum. Enjoy the 30-minute ferry ride over to the quaint little city of South Port. Even though you are down on the end of the island in peace and quiet, you aren’t far away from the Kure Beach Pier or the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Golf Carts, EV charging onsite, Boats and trailers are prohibited.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
