Wonderful space for our family of 24! Lots of little kids so the beach access was super convenient. We loved all the bunk rooms too. Plenty of space for everyone! The pool was a little on the small side but kept us entertained for sure! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and even spices etc. You do have to exit each floor and go outside to get to the next level. But the kids had fun punching in the key code. And the communication with Jeff, the owner was outstanding!

Best house in Kure Beach! Our group of 20 people had plenty of space to hang out, eat, & sleep. The house is beautiful & well-stocked, the views are amazing, the pool area is private & thoughtful touches were everywhere. The house is in easy distance to shops & restaurants, and the beach never felt crowded. The hosts were very attentive & amazing memories were made!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family (ages 5-85) to gather after a memorial service for my mother. We rented both units and had excellent spaces to gather as a large (21 person) group or find solitude as needed. The open kitchen and living spaces and the large porches with ocean views were exactly what we all needed. We watched tons of dolphins and even a few whales from the porch and the brave were able to surf and dip in the ocean! The whole home was pristine and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. This rental exceeded our expectations and we all wished we could stay longer! Thank you!

We had a large extended family gathering with 22 people ranging in age from 8 to 80. Everyone loved our second visit even more than the first because this house is a very special gem. Incredible views, great location (rent bikes) and so relaxing. Highly recommend!

This house is absolutely beautiful. As you can see from the listing, it is unlike any beach house I've stayed at on the NC coast in the past. Everything you could need is at the prop, so you can maximize your time enjoying the house, beach, and pool. The owners are extremely communicative, so you should expect to be as well. This is not a party house, so it is important to have that expectation as renters. The result is a beautifully-upkept house. Keep in mind that the floors are separate units, even if you rent both of them (it's important to keep kitchen items, etc. on their original floors). My family had a very memorable stay here and highly recommend it to any future visitors. We appreciate the thoughtfulness and responsiveness of the owners.

The property is great in all aspects. The owners were wonderful to deal with. It was beyond our expectations. Highly recommend this property. Layout is perfect. Can’t say enough good things about our stay.
