This lovely condo sits on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and the beach which is 200 feet from your unit (I don't know how vrbo comes up with a 7 min walk, must be talking about time to get to the center of town in Kure Bch). This is a listing that is sure to please, I have set it up to rent to 2 adults or 2 adults with up to 2 children, if the third child is still small enough to sleep in the queen bed with you, that is fine. The unit sleeps four. As of 3/15/26 we are now accepting 2

Stayed Aug 16, 2024We had the best time at Gary’s condo!! The view could not be beat!!! The condo was fully stocked with excellent cooking supplies and a Keurig! Wish we could have stayed longer! The best is part was how you had your own piece of beach everyday. It was never crowded!!

Stayed Jul 26, 2024We loved this rental! The location was great, incredible view of the ocean, I couldn’t believe how close it was to the water! We have two little kids (5 & 2) and it was easy to walk to the beach each day or run inside if we needed a popsicle or something from inside, it’s really just steps away from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. The shower was really nice too! The pool is great too and can see it from the balcony as well. Also loved how close it was to explore Fort Fisher and the aquarium. Would book it again!
