Large, 4 top table that can expand to accommodate 6 people. 2 bunk beds are tucked away in an alcove adjacent to the kitchen. 65 inch LED flatscreen smart TV and a cabinet full of board games and puzzles in case of inclement weather. The kitchen is stocked and includes full size dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee machine and standard coffee maker. By the bar are 2 USB ports available for charging electronics. Free WiFi is also provided and the login information is located on the refrigerator. There is a full bath with tub and a quartz vanity. Included is a large capacity front load washer and dryer (new 2023). An iron and ironing board is kept in the master bedroom closet in addition to extra bedding.brbrbrWe also supply the following for each property:brA starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. Premier location within the complex, only steps from the pool and beach. Down below is a large grassy area and there are outdoor grills available for use. The unit has covered parking for 2 vehicles located just beneath the condo (only 1st floor units have dedicated covered parking.) The pool was recently updated with synthetic decking. The Ocean Grill Tiki Bar is only a 10 minute walk down the beach. Granny's kitchen is just across the street. Fort Fisher and the Fort Fisher NC Aquarium are right down the road as is the CB boardwalk, restaurants and shops. The condo offers complimentary wireless internet and cable TV in both the living and bedrooms. If you are looking for a fantastic condo with a great location, look no further.brbrPlease be sure to only use HE washing detergent and leave the washing machine door cracked so air can get to it. There is a magnetic door prop. brbrThe homeowners association asks that no items such as towels, clothing or rugs be draped over the porch banister. Doing so may result in fines. brbrOnly one parking pass is issued for this unit. brbrThe condo complex performs routine pest control on the following dates (2023): 3/13, 6/12, 7/10, 8/14, 9/11, 12/11. This is required and the pest control employee must be allowed to access the property on these dates to treat the unit. The HOA issues fines for noncompliance and would be the responsibility of the renter on that date.brbrThere is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
