Whether you order in or cook your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, there’s plenty of room at the dining table for the whole family. Stay up-to-date on your favorite news programs or television shows on the 47-inch, flat screen TV while you relax on the comfy couch.

Ocean Harbor is a condo complex on the North end of Carolina Beach, conveniently located between Canal Drive and Carolina Beach Ave with easy access from either roadway. Ocean Harbor is second row to the sound and third row with a community pool and near two public beach accesses just steps away!

The Turquoise Jay is the perfect mixture of comfort and modern, and is economically priced - we guarantee you’ll want to return year after year. It is only a short walk to the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier Northern Extension, a few steps to the beach, and to Freeman Park -- one the few places left to drive out onto the beach. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation. One designated parking space, one first come, first serve 'Visitor' space.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
