There are 32-inch Roku TVs in all bedrooms other than the master (which has a 40-inch TV and a cable box. Stream all the cable channels, or your own Hulu or Netflix - and control the TV with your phone if you like! The main 55 inch TV is also Roku-enabled.brbrThe gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is ready to accommodate large families or groups. There is a bar height counter that seats 4, and the counter-height dining table seats 8. It's also a great place to gather to play board games. There are 2 sofas. The home has hardwood floors in all the common areas.brbrThe living area has a 55-inch wifi-enabled flat screen TV, the master a 40-inch TV, and all the other bedrooms have 32 inch Roku TVs as well. Cable TV and high speed wireless internet service are also provided for your enjoyment. Upstairs there is a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.brbrThe entry first floor has two bedrooms - one in the middle of the home with a full over full bunk bed, and the other with a queen bed. There's a jack and jill (shared) bathroom on the entry floor with dual vanities and a toilet/shower area that has a door to close it off from the vanity area. This floor is recently repainted with new LVP flooring.brbrThe main second floor has the greatroom with living room, dining, and the gourmet kitchen. This level also has a bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a full bath on this level with separate doors the the bedroom and common area.brbrThe third floor has the master and two guest rooms that share a full bath - one bedroom has a queen bed and the other one another full over full bunk bed. brbrThe master bedroom has a king bed, a private deck, and a fabulous master bathroom with dual vanities, a glass enclosed shower, and a whirlpool tub. One is on the main 2nd floor and the other is just off the master bedroom. No worrying about who has the key! There's also a beach cart provided to make for an even easier walk over to the beach and back. There's a boardwalk with a permanent amusement park for the kids during the summer. The town hosts many movie nights at the lake, and they also have paddle boats there available for rent. The north end of the island allows 4 wheel drive vehicles, and there's a pier there as well. Kure beach also has a pier, which is about a mile away and makes for a nice stroll down the beach. brbrAt the far south end of the island is the Fort Fisher state park with large uncrowded beaches, the aquarium, and the ferry to Southport. brbrThis beautiful home is centrally located. The Tiki bar and Granny's Country Kitchen are short walks. The town area of Carolina Beach is just over a mile to the north, and Kure Beach is about a mile to the south.brbrLinens are included.
