The primary and second bedrooms each feature cozy Queen beds, the third bedroom includes two Twin beds, and there's a convenient sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sofa Bed.
Parking: Parking for 1 vehicle with provided HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Please note that a washer and dryer are not included with this rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

    Unfortunately, the furniture and fixtures showed signs of wear (broken pieces, torn curtains, etc), the television in the main room didn’t function, dishes were dirty, exposed drywall tape on walls, missing trim in bathroom, exhaust fans not functioning, and holes in the wall hidden behind furniture.In addition to that, documents provided by rental agency indicate additional parking available in non peak season. Competing rentals in the same HOA confirm additional parking available by rule. Yet this rental refused additional parking, incorrectly citing HOA rules. Costing additional daily public parking during the stay while parking lot averaged 5-6 empty spaces all week.The management company was responsive when contacted. However repairing the quality of the rental condo is obviously not an option while trying to enjoy our vacation and they were incapable of correcting the parking issue for some reason. Overall, a decent ocean front rental, but the price was not representative of the quality which would deter me from returning having stayed in much better quality in the same area in previous years for competitive pricing.

    The stairs were an issue for my father. That needs to be in bold in the listing. Also there is only one parking spot and I did not notice that. That was very inconvenient since my family was bringing two cars. The view was beautiful and check in was easy.

    The condo was in a a great location with a wonderful view. We’d have no real complaints about our stay aside from the fact that most of the dishes/cups in the cupboards were visibly dirty and all had to be rewashed before use. There are several things, though, of which you should be aware before considering renting this unit. And, each of these are listed in the info, but we sort of glossed over or didn’t realize the impact that they would have on our stay. 1. This is a 3rd story unit with no elevator. After a week, these steps became quite daunting carrying things up and down from the beach (coolers, bags, etc.). We had our elderly mother with us, and we thought she would be able to handle the steps much better than she was able. 2. They list no washer/dryer in the unit. However, there IS a washer/dryer in the unit, but it has an out-of-order sign on it. It was frustrating to realize that after spending the amount that we did, along with every other renter week after week, that the owners/operators choose NOT to spend the money to buy and have installed a new combo. It is very inconvenient to not have a washer/dryer. 3. Be aware that if you have more than one vehicle, you’ll have to spend 100 dollars to use a public parking spot for the week. Even though the unit sleeps 8, the HOA only assigns 1 pass per unit. As I said, the unit was great (though, some of the furniture could use updating) and we had a wonderful time.

    Perfect location! It was nice and clean. Could use a few updates and it was disappointing that the washer and dryer were out of service but would definitely stay there again. We called the host and they were happy to replace our bath towels half way through our stay. They also recommended Pleasure Island Rentals for beach chairs/umbrellas and their service was outstanding!

    We enjoyed the location and all in all everything was fine. We did have an issue with parking as we ended up needing to take 2 vehicles for this trip. I understand completely that there is only 1 vehicle per unit allowed - even though the property was clearly not at capacity the week we stayed - however, when I called for a possible solution the rental company was 0 help and more or less told me - it was my problem to figure out. We had never stayed in this area before and had no clue what to do and they were very quick to offer NO help whatsoever. We figured it out but having at least a kind voice to help out when you first arrive at a new vacation spot - would have gone a LONG way!

    We had stayed in this unit before so we thought we knew how it was. The washer had broke so there was no longer a washer. Not enough towels to cover the week since we couldnt wash them. Had to park our second vehicle 1 mile away. Bullard realty is supposed to be overflow parking. Didnt get through to them until Wednesday. I like the location but will not stay in this unit again.

    We had a poor experience with this property, but Bryant heard our concerns and switched us to another unit. I can't recommend this property, but I can highly recommend this rental agency for their customer service.

    The view is stunning and we enjoyed every bit of that . The master bedroom size was big enough for me to put my baby’s pack and play by the side of the bed. However, the kitchen utensils and dishes were dirty. We tried to use the dish washer to wash the dishes and it didn’t clean it well. The pots and pans were old and had peeled coatings in there. The bath tubs and faucets are dated and could do with sone updates as well. There was broken furniture leaning against the wall on the deck that my kids could have fallen off on if we had not seen it. The deck carpet whilst I understand is hard to keep totally clean does not seemed to have been cleaned up in a while and my infant kept picking stuff off it and putting into her mouth. The rug in the living room has a loose strand that kept tripping my 1 year old. I called the management company to let them know of the uncleanliness and they said someone would sent over to clean but no one showed up during the 5 days we were there, the flooring and kitchen cabinets are updated, the beds are also ok and worked well for my family. We love that there was a pool that we saw being cleaned as our kids used the pool alot. In the last condo we stayed in there was an accident in the pool and when we reported it to the management company we never saw anyone come to clean it. Hence we never went back there!

    well 2 of the 3 tvs didnt work washer and dryer didnt work and had a pan in oven used and not cleaned but we did clean it floor needed to be sweep but we did it over all ok but not as expected

    We liked the location, ocean view is always a plus, was on the 3rd floor. No elevator but was really 4 floors to go up and down. The unit felt old and worn. Very little decoration that feel you were at the beach. Bathrooms could at least be updated with new hardware. Towel racks always falling off. Many outlets not working. No games available in the unit only 2 puzzles, extra blankets would be nice. Washer / dryer unit in unit but not connected to use. A must to have at the beach Should have mirrors in all rooms and closet space in all rooms I feel all this would help with higher ratings for this unit
