Acadia Quiet side Studio. Modern feel in the quaint Maine woods. Full kitchen.

Honestly, our stay was wonderful! Eric is super communicative and always just a text message away. The studio itself was very clean and worked perfect! The only reason for the 4 star rating was that with the studio being on the lower level there is the constant sound of walking from above. Unfortunately for us our upstairs neighbor seemed to have kids that were running and jumping around at 5:30 every morning. It’s just something to be mindful of during your booking

Beautiful studio perfect for 2 adults with 2 dogs. Very quiet. Near Acadia National Park. Some trails are very near and you don’t have to take your car.

The studio room was a beautiful place tucked back in the Acadia mountains. It had that at home kind of feeling and provided us with everything we needed. From the outdoor deck to the grill and corn hole game we just loved it. We also enjoyed the convenience of its location to hiking trails, the grocery store, and towns. The owner was easy to reach if we needed something and made us aware of others who were coming and going so we weren’t guessing about who was pulling in to the parking lot. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This property was the perfect place for a peaceful trip to Acadia. It is beautifully put together. Southwest Harbor is a quaint town with everything you need and about 25 minutes to Bar Harbor. There are great trails Flying Mountain and Wonderland close by. Eric was great with recommendations for hikes and restaurants. He was flexible and responds quickly. We didn’t want to leave. If we return to Acadia we will stay here again.

Peaceful, well maintained property, & convenient location. We enjoyed having such a comfortable place to stay with our pups & appreciated the ease communication with the host. This was our first time staying on the quiet side and we hope to return!

The house is in a very nice secluded location. There is very low traffic on the road and it's quiet. The house is very nice and clean, inside and out. We had everything we needed aside from groceries. They even have dog dishes for you, if you'd forget to bring your from home. They seem to have tried to think of anything you might forget!!!The keyless entry made check in/out a breeze as well. The owner is really nice to deal with and great with communication. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately and he had some great input about the area. We plan to book this house again and return to the area to do some more adventuring. I highly recommend this location. Another great option we looked at is, with the house having a rental both upstairs and downstairs. It gives us the ability to book with friends and each will have their own space throughout the stay. We plan to take advantage of the option the next time we stay.

Incredibly clean and quiet dog friendly stay for Acadia NP. We had a wonderful stay and Eric is a great host. Secluded location but convenient to the park and not too far from Bar Harbor. This was our second stay and hope to come back.

This was a really great accommodation. The studio was much bigger than expected, and Eric had thought of everything one could need for a stay. Surrounded by nature and trees, and not far from Acadia National Park. Communication was smooth, and Eric always responded very quickly. If we are in the area again, we would love to come back.

It was clean, the location was perfect, pet friendly and the hosts are great communicators.

Beautiful, clean apartment just as described. We enjoyed the expansive kitchen, grill, deck, and the peace and quiet of the surroundings. On site washer and dryer were an extra convenience.

The owner was very thorough with all his communication. The studio was perfect for our stay in Acadia. Very clean and practically new. Waking distance to the flying mountain trail which was a great benefit of not having to find a spot to park. Iykyk.

Our stay in the Acadia quiet side studio was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and the check-in and entry process was very smooth. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend this property if you are planning to visit Acadia.

Amazing stay! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located with beach access and a trail into Acadia National Park. Even better than the photos!

Everything was nice. Place was clean and well kept. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very secluded in a nice setting.

Excellent quiet location. Host is great communicator and responsive. Saw 6 deer in the back yard our last day. Amenities were well stocked and good quality appliances. Very clean. Excellent water and shower. Would recommend highly. Less than a mile to grocery store and the best restaurant on the island- Beal’s. Only issues were that room is a single atudio and there are a lot of lights on at night 7 to be exact - 3 clocks (microwave, stove, and alarm clock, the router, the wifi, the bathroom nightlight and the AC. Had to cover them to get it to be dark.

Very clean and in a convenient location. Quiet, wooded setting. We were very comfortable there. Eric is an excellent host, and we appreciated his suggestions about hikes, restaurants, and local attractions. There is no cable, so the only TV shows available are on Netflix and Amazon Prime, so bring your passwords.

The whole property was attractive, clean and functional. We were only there a short time, but I wish we had been able to stay longer.

Great apartment right in the heart of Mount Desert Island / incredibly close to multiple Acadia Park entrances! We absolutely loved staying here and Eric was a great host and incredibly easy to communicate with. Check-in was seamless, the space was exactly as described, and we can't way to return!

First off, Eric our host was great! As a VRBO host myself I’ve learned some great ideas! Second, the location worked perfectly. At first it seemed isolated but it was refreshingly quiet and cozy. We were just minutes away to a Ferry that was important to us meeting up with family. Grocery was near by, SW Harbor for restaurants and shopping. I also recommend NE Harbor and the Nor’easter for fresh seafood at reasonable prices. The also hiked in Acadia just a short walk away which was a fabulous plus! Thirdly, the property and unit were immaculate! We took advantage of the grill and cornhole on our last evening and it was super fun! Definitely will return!!

We decided to head up to Acadia before the crowds. We loved this location of the VRBO. It was cozy and clean. Also, it was minutes away from Bar harbor and Acadia National Park. Communication with the owner was easy and always timely. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Acadia. The studio apartment was well done and comfortable. It is on the quiet side of Acadia but still a short drive away. One suggestion - room darkening shades for the front window.

5 stars! My fiancé and I were in Maine for vacation and looking for a place to stay while visiting Acadia. This property perfectly met our needs! The space was clean, secluded, and close enough to everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay again!

Great accommodations!!! Located in secluded area within a short distance of Southwest Harbor. Hiking just down the street. Everything we could ask for and more.

This was a great stay about 25 minutes from bay harbor! It was away from all the bay harbor crowds but also minutes from southwest harbor with its own cute downtown. Very clean property as pictured.

There is 5 stars and there is FIVE STARS. This place was perfect. New, clean, quiet, beautiful setting in a great neighborhood. Very well equipped and thought out. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
