Both bedrooms are individually climate-controlled with heat and A/C. The two full baths have heated floors (perfect for those chilly New England mornings!). The living room sofa folds out into a comfortable king-sized sleeper. brbrFor those working remotely, there are two dedicated desks located at the opposite ends of the apartment. The Wifi at the house is fiber optic, with real-time speeds of 150 Mbps. brbrWe have off-street private guest parking for 2 cars (sequentially) equipped with an EV charging station.
