Spacious 3 BR in Portland's Libbytown!

Really cute, clean place that was a short drive to everything!

Everything was great about this apartment. Easy check in. Easy walk to Thompson Point. Clean. Good communication with manager.

Nice place, very clean, close to restaurants and stores and centered for attractions north and south of Portland. There is also a playground and park next door which my 2 year grandson loved!

Perfect size for our family and location to Thompson’s Point. Easy access with street parking. Great communication from host.

Although it was brief stay, it worked perfectly for what we needed. Close to the areas of interest and slept us all comfortably. Was thankful for the AC! Some of the details were a little more ‘run down’ than expected but I think they just has to do with the building’s age. I would stay here again!

Good location

Great communication, and a nice place a few miles from downtown Portland. One of the mattresses was a little weird but nothing major. A good atmosphere in the house, and the washer and dryer were convenient.

This apartment is in a very old building that they have attempted to rehab but have not completed. In one bedroom an outlet came completely out of the wall. This was scary having a 10 month old who was crawling around. There was lots of worn out paint on doors, door frames and trim. The door knob to the bathroom was falling off and not working. The entry stairwell was missing pieces. It was listed that the apartment came with an iron and ironing board but they were not there. The host was responsive and kind.

The apartment was just as described. Very comfortable and easy to get to. Very clean.

The photos of the property were accurate. The place was clean and updated. Communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed our stay there.

The unit was very clean and the location was good for the things we wanted to go and do during our stay.

Ryan is an excellent host! The property is clean and comfortable. As an owner, Ryan is responsive and kind. My group and I have stayed twice. We have gone to see Goose and Lake Street Dive at Thompson’s Point. Ryan’s place is within walking distance of the venue. Highly recommend this place!

Ryan was a great host who responded right away to any questions I had. The 3 bedroom upstairs apartment was spacious and well stocked. The location was convenient close to the airport, the highway, and downtown Portland. The ony negative would be the steep narrow stairs to get to the apartment. It wasn't a problem for us, but if you have trouble climbing stairs with luggage it might be difficult. I would highly recommend staying at this property and if we return to Portland we would definitely stay here again.

6 of us spent the evening. The apartment is about 10 mins for less from Old Port. It was clean and comfort able.
