The space was charming, clean, and after 10 months of living here I can affirm that this location is the best in Portland for a long stay! You can walk to anything on the peninsula! While a few previous reviews mentioned the stairs to the 3rd floor being steep, we found them completely manageable and we never had any issues with them! We used the parking across the street and during the snowy days it was really nice to have the car covered. Lee and Phillip were very responsive and if we ever come back to Portland for a long stint, we will 100% choose to stay here again!brbrThis is such a gem of a place. Centrally located with all the amenities. Close to the farmer's market, downtown, parks, and museums. Portland has so much to do and so many great restaurants.
