Great stay overall, just didn’t feel super clean like there was a lot of dust and the bathroom wasn’t super clean. It just felt surface level cleaned.

The unit was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen have everything one would need to make meals. The bed was very comfortable. It was easy to get to downtown Portland. The view out the front window of Casco Bay was amazing! The host was great, he respond to quickly to all our messages. We want to return for a longer stay

The home is the lower level of an old home that has been remodeled. The host, Mat, was easy to communicate with and was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt’s place. It was very comfortable for the four of us, two of which have slight mobility issues. It was nice to have the only steps be the steps to the front door. And THE VIEW! So fun to watch the water and the boats! Definitely recommend!

This home was clean, well stocked, and centrally located. Perfect place to stay to enjoy a few days in the Portland area. Having the bay right across the road was a nice bonus.

Loved waking up to amazing sunrises over the water and sunset afterglow. Centrally located to so many gorgeous coastal Maine towns and villages to explore. Easy access to freeway and can get busy traffic during the day.

Easily the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed at! Very clean everything you could ever need! Will be back! Owner was excellent as well as Rocco! Would recommend!

This was one of the best VRBOs that we have stay in as far as cleanliness, and the wonderful way it was stocked. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of TP, paper towel, garbage bags etc. The host upstairs was very helpful, and easy to reach. The major draw back was the amount of heavy traffic in front of the property facing the bay. Plus this was the only nice area to sit out side. Otherwise it was great.

This VRBO was very pleasant, close to I-295 and the downtown area. There was plenty of room to spread out, kitchen was well equipped, laundry facility excellent. The views of the sunrise out the front porch were beautiful. We would stay again!!!

This was a great place to stay. It is so convenient as it is only a short drive to many locations & 6 minutes to downtown which we called an Uber to get there and took a bus (which the bus stop is also right out front of the house). Very comfortable place to come back to after spending a day out! Mat was very welcoming and helpful with any questions about the area? Definitely recommend if heading to Portland!

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt’s home. It has many nice features. The space is extremely clean and he has done a nice job with the home. Matt is an extremely attentive owner and communicated with us throughout our stay. Any issue we had he responded immediately. Not as a negative but I would have liked to have known beforehand, Matt lives above the unit so I was very stressed about our noise as I did not want to disturb anyone. Not always easy when traveling with a small child and dogs. Second the house is on a very busy street which I did not expect from the listing. Overall I was happy with our stay and Matt’s patience with us. Keeping everything in mind it is a nice place to stay and has a wonderful host.

This property was so convenient to all of Portland and the views were spectacular! The road out front is busy during rush hour traffic, but easy to cross and a great hike around martins point is a short walk away. Plus there is an amazing dog park within 2 miles of the house, all fenced with trails through the woods. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Close to downtown Portand

As advertised. Clean, comfortable accommodations. Easy access to downtown.

Mat the host was truly a super host. He was always available when needed and responded immediately. The house was very well stocked as opposed to other VRBO’s we have stayed at with one roll of toilet paper. We traveled with our dog and there is open land facing the water across the street. It was very convenient and dog friendly Downtown Portland is 10 minutes away and we always traveled by Uber because the cost of parking is often excessive. The convenience of being minutes to Portland without staying in the city with the dog was great
