We had such a great stay here and would absolutely recommend it to others. From the start, everything was seamless—the directions were incredibly clear and parking was easy to find, which made arrival stress-free.The location is a huge plus. It’s about a five-minute walk downhill to downtown and the port area, making it really convenient to explore while still feeling tucked away in a safe, quiet neighborhood.The apartment itself was spotless and thoughtfully set up. It truly felt like a little gift-wrapped package—everything you could possibly need was there. We especially appreciated the drinks and snacks waiting for us in the efficiency kitchen closet. Such a small touch, but it made a big difference after traveling.We were traveling with a toddler, and the two ensuite bathrooms ended up being a game changer. We put the pack and play in one bathroom and used the other, which gave everyone their own space and actually helped all of us get better sleep.The host was also incredibly responsive. We had an unseasonably hot stretch during our stay, and when we reached out, they quickly adjusted the thermostat for us, which we really appreciated.The only small downside was that the couch wasn’t the most comfortable for lounging and watching TV, but there was a great air mattress available that made it easy to create a more comfortable setup.Overall, this place checks all the boxes—clean, well-stocked, thoughtfully designed, and in a perfect location. Nice space in a great part of Portland.We had some noisy folks in the unit above us.Enough noise to wake us up around midnight.Other than that it was great.

Absolutely stunning home! I love the architecture, woodwork, sky high ceilings and windows, wood floors. We loved the dual bathrooms too. Awesome location! Well worth the money.

This is an absolutely gorgeous property within steps of the Arts District. It is bright, airy and clean, and the perfect location to explore all that Portland has to offer. The thoughtful touches like candy in the kitchenette, fun and quirky décor and stunning furnishings made it extra special and luxurious. We cannot recommend this property enough!

The apartment was very nice and a great set up for me and my husband. We liked that there were two bathrooms connected by a large shower. We had everything we needed in the kitchenette and enjoyed the location. Jen provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and the communication was fast and easy. The convenience of a designated parking spot behind the building was a bonus!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was the perfect location for walking to the downtown area and up and down Commercial Street. The apartment itself was exactly as it was described and shown in the listing. Super clean and had sheets, towels, dishes, etc. to make for a very easy stay. We generally like to eat out when traveling so the mini fridge, microwave, and electric kettle were exactly what we needed. The added touch of chocolates and bread sticks was very thoughtful. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay in this historic home. The decor is charming and original, beds are comfy and everything is clean. The neighborhood is attractive and quiet. The information from the host was helpful. It was great to have a dedicated parking space. As described, the kitchenette has no sink but otherwise is very well equipped for simple food/beverage preparation. We look forward to staying in the future.

Loved staying in this historic row house! Excellent location, very easy to walk to old port and numerous shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, there was lots of space to relax in, and I enjoyed having my own bathroom. We would love to return next year.

Walking distance to everywhere Huge room with very comfortable bed. One of the nicest short term rentals we have had. Host was very responsive. Would love to stay here again. Note for those with mobility issues: Very steep stairway to the apartment.

Loved this property. Perfect location for visiting Portland over a long weekend. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in the city and, by extension, the islands in Casco Bay. Only needed a vehicle to get to Portland Head Light and the occasional grocery run to Shaw’s in South Portland. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower had great hot water and the dual shower head was a nice touch. If we come back, this is the first and only listing I’ll be searching for.

This is a beautifully appointed apartment. It was sparkling clean and gorgeously decorated. The shower was fantastic. The neighborhood couldn’t have been better. It is close to the Art museum and we were able to walk to many attractions. It is important to note that the kitchenette has no sink nor a burner for cooking. Overall, I highly recommend it.

My mom, sister, and I stayed at this apartment for one night and loved it there. It was definitely enough room for the three of us. The apartment is more spacious than it seems, the bathroom is really nice, and the unit is full of cool pieces of art and antiques. Definitely recommend!
