Beautiful, single story ranch. Next to city park with ocean view!

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying in this home. The location is great, safe, nearby park, beautiful views from the house and backyard. The house is comfortable and clean with lots of space for everyone. Bathrooms and showers are a plus. Stayed for the weekend for a local wedding. Would highly recommend. Property owner is very responsive and helpful. No complaints!

Pretty nice little house to stay at with our toddler for a couple days. Great view out the back and a playground in reasonable walking distance (perfect for working off some of the big meals we had while in Portland!)

Great place. With a family group we were looking for more room than what we found available in Portland. Very convenient, roomy, fantastic backyard on the cove, front yard on the park, and plenty of room for 5 family members.

Beautiful location and fabulous landscaped view toward back cove and with lots of welcoming seating at different levels! Next to Jayson park and convenient for strolling in the evening and easy travel to anywhere in portland!!-

The location was great just 10 mins from downtown Portland. There was plenty of space as well. The only thing we noticed was that it seemed like there were some unfinished projects happening. An example was in the shower the light above was a cut hole with no covering. It was little things like that we felt could have been finished before having people stay. The basement also smelled very damp and could use a dehumidifier. Otherwise the stay was great. Close access to many things including a park. Would stay here again with a group.

We had a wonderful stay with friends! Ken was very accommodating to all of our needs!

Conveniently located property, responsive hosts. A few maintenance issues with the property but we enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation rental!

We have stayed at many vacation rental houses and we have never before left without unpacking. We would have overlooked the refrigerator filled with food, the advertised third bedroom in the unfinished basement, the dishwasher that when opened was an empty box and the overall misrepresentation of the property, but it was advertised as not allowing pets and we found kitty litter and cat food. We have severe allergies and lung issues.so we had no choice but to leave. The property looks fine online but the pictures are definitely cherry picked and very deceiving.

The property location met our needs and provided beautiful space for morning walks

We were there for a long weekend with 2 other couples. We spent a lot of time in town which was just a short Uber ride. The house had a few minor quirks that the host is addressing/upgrading. But it was very clean and comfortable . Behind the house was very pretty . A very quiet dead end street. The deck was lovely and private with a big open space behind the house and a view of the cove that had a great walking trail around it A very pleasant experience. We would stay there again.
