Beautiful views of Woodland Park! brYou may encounter wildlife! It is common to see deer, turkey and bears roaming around. This neighborhood is about 13 minutes from downtown Woodland Park. Some of the roads are steep so 4WD or AWD will be necessary in the winter. brbr4 wheel drive may be needed to get to this location in the winter or in other bad weather. We HIGHLY recommend AWD or 4WD to get to the home. Sections of this neighborhood have dirt roads and some are paved. GPS may or may not work in this area. Apple Maps does not work for directions so please use MapQuest or another map program.
