Missouri Gulch Road is rather steep (12%) so please make sure you are traveling in an appropriate 4WD or all-wheel drive vehicle, especially in the cold weather months.br- AC is not common for mountain properties at this 8,000’+ elevation, since summer months are typically cool with little to no humidity. Fans are available in each bedroom.br- Early check-ins and/or late check-outs may be available. Please be advised there is a fee of $35 per hour to compensate for the additional cleaning crew needed to prepare the property. Requests must be approved and paid in advance and are not always available due to time restraints.br- Occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks that may be left behind by other guests.
