We have added a picture window to the east that gives our dining and living room additional light and views that over look the forest. In addition to the forest views we have views of the Winter Park ski runs from our balcony, living room and master bedroom. You will enjoy grilling and cocktails from our balcony with amazing views of the forest and ski runs. The Beaver Village private shuttle stops right outside our unit making transportation to the ski area a breeze. (Not to mention it is free). brbrOur unit was recently remodeled top to bottom with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new maple cabinets. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare all of your meals at home. Location is everything and this place has it, and more. Right in the heart of Winter Park Village, just 100 yards to the gondola, and with views of the Continental Divide.brThe condo has one queen bedroom plus one pull-out couch.brIt has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Because we use the condo ourselves, the kitchen is stocked with most basic extras like sugar, honey, olive oils etc. No guarantees, because sometimes these items are not replaced by other guests when emptied. But we restock when we know things are needed.brKEY ITEM ALERT: There is no dining room table. Meals are at the high-top bar with bar stools, or on the coffee table in front of the tv. brThe coffee table was recently replaced, but don’t let that stop you from putting your feet up on the table when relaxing on the couch. WE DO!brThere are two new, smart tvs in the living room and bedroom, both of which offer a full cable package. brOur favorite part may be the deck that overlooks the mountains. It has an overhang for extra protection during storms (only a few units have this), allowing you to enjoy the weather without getting snowed or rained on.brWe love the mattress and the darkness in the bedroom that allows us to sleep better than at home.brEveryone has different ideas about sofa beds, including us. Our kids sleep with the mattress on the bed, while our friends pull the mattress onto the floor. Do whatever makes you comfortable. There is also an air mattress if that works better for you, or you want to have a 5th guest come over. It is a tight fit, but can be done.brThere are two hot tubs at your building, Riverside, and you can check how crowded they are from the balcony before heading down. There are also two more hot tubs in the adjacent building, called Slopeside. brThere is a fitness room in the bottom of your building also.brYou have your own, private ski locker on the first floor, next to the lobby. And Starbucks is 20 steps from your village entry door.br100% of your cleaning fee goes to the cleaner, Alaina.
