Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily.     Village was so quaint! Hot tub was huge with perfect temperature. Condo was clean and had magnificent views with easy access to lifts.

    The condo was great for our party of 5 with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen met our needs, and we enjoyed the large hot tub for the building. The walk to the base was very easy. We would definitely come again!

    We liked the location of the property as it was very convenient being in the ski village (even though it was summer). The underground parking was an additional highlight and easy to access. The views from the property were very good and enjoyable, especially coming from the AZ desert. The covered patio was unusable during our two week stay due to the hundreds of tall weeds growing between the pavers. We immediately complained about the weeds to management but no resolution was provided during our entire 15 day stay. Also, we were disappointed with the property in that it did not live up to its billing as a Luxury Condo. While the unit itself was pleasant, the furnishings were old, lower quality, well worn, with stains and tears on all the upholstered furniture, amongst other issues.

    Our family ski trip was perfect. The condo was fantastic! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The fireplace was a great and heated the condo. The parking garage pass was a little temperamental at times. 5 stars
