Awesome location with an unbeatable view of the mountain. Shuttle picks up right behind the house every 20 minutes so getting to the lifts is very convenient. Place was spacious, beautiful, and well stocked. Hosts responded to questions immediately and offered great tips. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a ski weekend!

Fantastic home! Very spacious and accommodating. Host was very quick to respond with all questions and concerns. Great location with a bus stop to Winter Park Ski slopes just minutes away. This home was perfect for our 11 person group! The kitchen was amazing for cooking all of our meals. The home was just right for us to relax, play pool and go skiing right down the road. It was just a sort drive to shop and enjoy cutting our Christmas tree in the Arapaho National Forest. We highly recommend staying at Lakota Reserve.

The property is in immaculate shape. We had 12 people staying there for my daughters wedding at Headwaters. Condo was perfect location to the skiing and to Safeway and Headwaters. Hot tub was a big hit. Ample dishes, silverware,glasses so we did not have to keep washing things to eat our next meal. Appliance were top of the line!! The view from the living room of the mountain was breathtaking! Jill your team was the best. All property managers are not created equal. You guys are the tops!! Wonderful experience

The house is large with great views. We enjoyed staying there for the second time. However, the little things are not well managed. The house is not very clean, the towels are really low quality, the fire places don't work, light bulbs not working, pots and pans are not great, etc. The house really needs shades in the great room. The sun is so bright midday you can't even be in that room. In short, the house needs better up keep. With the rental rate, I would expect the seconds to be in better order. It would be a great house with a little renovation and better maintenance.

This property offered everything we needed! Five families were able to all stay together in this one location. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus there was an extra guest bath on the main level, which was really nice. The downstairs game area was a great place to catchup over a game of pool or ping pong. The kiddos loved the bunk room. The rooms (and house location) were quiet and comfortable. The location was great for walking the pup every day as well. And let's not forget the breakfasts and dinners out on the patio with the great views!! This location is close to the Winter Park Resort. I highly recommend going on the Gondola when it is free (there is a happy hour on the top of the mountain with great views, drinks, and live music). Every morning, a group of us ran the Fraser River Trail from Winter Park to Fraser and back. It was peaceful, level and soft. Both Winter Park and Fraser offer plenty of small shops and restaurants to enjoy. We also stocked up on groceries to have our own breakfast and dinner at the home's spacious kitchen. Highly recommend!

The house was just perfect. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. Comfortable and roomy! There was plenty of space for all of us to relax after skiing in the living/family rooms. It was a huge bonus to have the downstairs family/pool room! Winter Park Lodging was also fantastic. Their response time for any questions was excellent. Their communication during our stay was respectful and helpful. I can’t wait to return to Winter Park and would 100% stay at Lakota Reserve! It is a fabulous home!

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful house and would book it again. The view is outstanding, the kitchen worked so well when preparing food and serving food from the countertop. I heard the beds were all comfortable, kids did enjoy the bunk room. I heard no criticism from our group about anything in the house. Great design. For some improvements, we would suggest: A better dish washer, the one there does not dry the dishes and we had to towel dry several dishes and glassware - two dishwashers would be great for large groups like ours. One window on the wall in the dining room would not fully close. (Window closest to the porch) The grill needs to be cleaned. We only used it twice and had a serious grease fire one evening A special place inside for recycling would be helpful - maybe in the laundry room. We really enjoyed our week and the gift basket was a welcome surprise when we arrived. Thank you!

We stayed (seven 28-30 year olds and two seniors :)) at Lakota Reserve and it was simply terrific. As stated numerous times, the view is stunning. The home is warm and inviting, and more than enough room for all of us. The proximity to the mountain doesn't get much easier; a shuttle right out the front door or a very quick, easy drive to the base of the mountain. The home is well equipped, we did not need anything that wasn't already there. The hot tub was always the first destination after a long day of skiing. The dining room table is large enough to enjoy dinner and games afterwards. The fire place is a switch away for warmth and ambience. The staff at Winter Park Resort are friendly and accommodating. They answer all your questions with kindness and patience. You know all is well when you don't need to request anything! They let us know someone was coming by to check the jacuzzi (no issues) and to see how we were doing. I would highly recommend Winter Park Lodging and definitely Lakota Reserve. Thank you!
