Classy Farm Style Home close to everything you need for your Colorado Stay

Very clean. Excellent location. Stay here instead of paying more for a location in downtown Golden. Golden has ample parking and is only 5 minutes down the road. Close to both South and North Mesa hiking trails as well. Very cozy home with everything you need. Loved our stay.

Very charming and clean. It was the perfect location for a long weekend getaway and a short drive to Red Rocks, Golden and Boulder. So much to explore nearby. Host was pleasant and responsive.

This home was in the middle of where we were going, very nice place, loved the outdoor seating. There was a train nearby and road noise, but would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Very nice house and just 15 minutes from the Red Rocks Amphitheater. We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable and the furnished outdoor patio was a treat. Everything from booking to departure was seamless and Linda was very responsive to all of our communications.If we find ourseld in the area again, we'll be sure to come back.

A cute old house that's been refurbished nicely and comfortable furniture, lots of places to relax and enjoy the views. Easy to operate a/c and appliances, nicely redone bathroom with walkin shower. Very clean and Linda was terrific!

Best place! Highly recommend! We went for concerts at red rocks but were so central to other spots. Place was clean beds were comfy!

Home was super clean and neat We chose this home for a Red Rocks show It was very close and made our trip great My only issue , and for most people maybe it wouldn’t be, is the noise level escalating at 5 am : tons of traffic on road running parallel to home Other then that home was perfect

Great stay minutes from Golden. Comfy beds, cozy outdoor seating and quiet neighborhood. If I had to find areas of improvement it would be that the house could use some additional seating in the living room. We had 4 people and while the sofa sat 3 and there was another reclining chair, I have big kiddos and it was a little crowded.

Very clean, comfortable beds, great shower pressure, lovely little home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great A/C and heat. Quiet neighborhood. Bit of road noise as the house is beside a street, but quiet at night. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was a very clean nice quiet home. I come to Golden 6 to 8 times a year was staying at Holiday Inn but the rates have skyrocketed so I tried a new place. I will never stay in Holiday Inn again this is half the rate and 100% nicer. The Host were very accommodating and I will surly reach out next time I am in town.

Clean home with easy check in. Comfortable beds and a nice shower. Only complaint is this is next to a noisy road.

Great space for all ages, porch is private and nice space, fun coffee table books, very clean, maybe set up a Venmo to tip cleaners.

Home was very clean, well decorated and welcoming. The location was great for getting to downtown Golden and freeways, but traffic noise somewhat spoiled relaxing on the front deck. We did enjoy the lovely kitchen and all the great windows. One bed was soft and the other firm, so we had choices.

Location was perfect. The place was perfectly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Could have used more tissues (we all ran out) or pamphlets of the area. Just off a busy road…but that road takes you to everywhere you need to go! All in all a great place!!

The manager was great to communicate with, property was clean and accommodating, beds are WONDERFUL! Close to all of the destinations we wanted to visit.We loved it!

We came a few days early for a show at red rocks. This home is perfect as far as proximity to things to do and cozy relaxation.

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming home. We were in town for a weekend of Red Rocks concerts and the location was perfect. Great proximity to both Red Rocks and all the fun things to do in Golden. In addition to the great location, the house was incredibly comfortable and well maintained. It was pristinely clean and we enjoyed all of the thoughtful touches, like touch lamps with charging ports in all the rooms. The living room and bedrooms were very cozy, and the beds were beyond comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. I have traveled all over and this is one of the best house rentals I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking to explore this beautiful area.

The property was very clean, great location for our visit to Red Rocks, and the host responded quickly to our questions. The neighborhood was fine - a little noisy as the home is on a corner near a busy road - but it felt very safe. Close to grocery stores, gas, dining, and easy to get onto/ off of I-70 & close to downtown Golden.

This beautiful farm style home was perfect for our stay. It was very clean, the location was ideal (close to Red Rock, amazing hiking, and Denver), and Linda was wonderful to deal with!

Property was centrally located so it was easy to get to desired locations. It was near a well travelled road that could get a bit noisy.

Super cute little house in between Red Rocks and downtown Denver. Also close to good restaurants in Golden. We enjoyed having coffee in the backyard and sitting on the front porch in the evening. Great place!

Property was nice, was clean, large yard. Had a nice deck on front side that was comfortable. The only issue we had was all the security cameras and ring door bell. We felt like someone was watching us at all times Although we had 1 issue, but to my defense, i had read the Property info 6 months ago. We had my friends sister over with her dog for a quick dinner one nite, maybe 3 hours. Owner saw on cameras, called me out. All i can suggest - is that if it was taha serious of an issue, please post something about NO PETS. Also we were asked to strip beds, put towels in washer and start, plus make sure dishes were done. Why do we pay so much for a cleaning fee? Why should we leave a tip for cleaner if we are doing some of their work?

We spent a long weekend in Golden since we were going to a show at Red Rocks. This property was in a good location for easy access to the venue. It was also a short drive to downtown Golden where there are lots of good restaurants. The house was adequate for our needs. we enjoyed sitting on the front porch - there is plenty of comfortable seating. There was a bit of noise from the road since the house is on a corner but overall it was fairly quiet.

We were pleasantly surprised about how rooming and comfortable the house was. Everything was very clean and well decorated. The A/C was welcomed during our hot visit and enjoyed upon return from each day's activity. Nice full-sized refrig with cold water & ice dispenser in the door. This was the perfect spot to explore the western Denver area of Golden, Morrison, Black Hawk, & Idaho Springs. Excellent location if you are also visiting Red Rocks and taking in a concert at the amphitheater. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends. The VRBO & owners were very easy to work with.

Great place to stay with family of various ages. Elderly mother appreciated the low steps to property, step in shower and grab bar by toilet. Kids did puzzles and games with grandma and parents enjoyed the poarch sitting. Very clean, comfy king beds (and pillows) were great. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cute little house just outside of downtown Golden. Great location to do many things. We hiked trails every day that were never more than 10-15 minutes away. Red Rocks is close. Downtown Denver is close. The house had everything we needed and it was comfortable. Good communication from the host. Highly recommend

Property is exactly as presented in the listing. Very clean. Super cute. Great location. Outdoor area is very inviting. Lots of bunnies came to visit in the yard. Incredibly comfortable beds. Communication with owner/manager was fantastic - entry and exit instructions clear, concise and timely.

We had a great stay here! Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Like others have said, the house is next to a busy road, and I did hear some traffic sounds during the night. Check out process was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and comfortable

We’ve stayed at this VRBO many times over the years. It’s cozy, and for us, in a wonderful location. It’s close to highway access (yet quiet) and grocery stores (and other stores) are quite close. Restaurants, too. It’s homey, well stocked, and Linda is a great host.

We booked this verbo so we could take the grandkids to go on the Polar express ride not realizing the location was 2 minutes away. It is also 6 minutes away from downtown golden. What an adorable downtown ♥️. This verbo is so close to anything you want to do in Colorado. Will book it again since we travel to Colorado a lot!

It was so easy to get everywhere we want to go. Very cozy home

We came for a wedding and stayed for the week. The house was very clean! Everything was perfect; good water pressure, good beds, plenty of cooking gear, and close to the sites that we wanted to see. The owner called me to let me know that I might be flying into a snow storm which I really appreciated. I ended up getting sick during my trip, so I had to spend a few days in bed and appreciated the comfortable bed and tv in the bedroom.

The house was very clean and super cute! We would definitely stay in this house again!

Beautiful, clean, close to everything

Took family with three young children to stay here to visit the Golden area. This was a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The location is great for going hiking, visiting Golden or going into Denver. Great place to stay to see the area. The house was comfortable and the children really enjoyed playing in the large backyard.

The renovations on this home are very nice. From the moment we pulled in the drive, we were impressed by the nice deck and furniture. The inside was nice as well, although a recliner would have been nice (chair was not super comfortable). Beds were comfy. Having fans offered was great. The bathroom is quite small (narrow) and the automatic light is very annoying (goes off automatically).Making coffee available would have been nice too (hotels do this). The busy road next to the property was a bit noisy. Linda was super responsive and friendly/helpful.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We loved the neighborhood. It was near many of the places we visited, including Red Rocks Amphitheater and Buffalo Bill’s grave. We loved the front porch with the privacy fence. Linda was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean with all the necessities plus more. Stayed here for 3 nights with friends to see a show at Red Rocks and do some hiking and other activities. Location is great for RR, Golden and Boulder.

This place was perfect in every way. It was super clean, conveniently located, charming and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped, beds super comfortable and porch was a great place to drink coffee in the morning or wine the evening. We will be back to Denver as we have a student at University of Denver and I plan to stay here every time! Thanks Linda!
