Great apartment. VERY clean. Owner communication was perfect. Lots of nice touches such as snack bars, coffee, yoga mats, etc. Kitchen is very well stocked. Sleeps 4 comfortably with large pull out couch. Fast wifi. Also great that there is a natural grocery store right across the street. Already booked this again for my next trip!

This property was absolutely amazing! Need to be more than 5 stars! Our host was absolutely oustanding with communication immediately after boooking. His instructions were amazing. The property was exceptionally clean. All the amenities you could ask for was here. Our host Jay communicated exceptional during our stay with recommendations with local amenities. My wife and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary and upon our arrival we had a gift basket! Highly recommend staying here if coming to Golden! We will be staying here again!

It was spotless — genuinely the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in — and thoughtfully appointed with so many special touches. You can tell Jay has carefully considered every need a guest might have.Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Jay checked in just enough to ensure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. The condo itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly want.The bed was incredibly comfortable, the assigned parking spot made things effortless, and the location couldn’t be better — an easy walk to downtown Golden, restaurants, trails, and everything the area has to offer.If you’re looking for a pristine, well-designed, stress‑free place to stay in Golden, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again.

So many compliments for this wonderful property and its fantastic hosts, where do I start?! GREAT communication from beginning to end. Super easy and well explained check-in and out processes. EXTREMELY clean condo!! The place felt ultra safe...really good location for pretty much all of Golden, great lighting on outside of building, excellent parking situation, multiple security features, and super clean inside and outside of building. Truly, it's a great property. All that said, the owners are even better...very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Jay and Susan are all stars at this VRBO thing!

This suite was immaculate! Check in process was easy, owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Jay checked in on us several times to make sure our stay was satisfactory. The room had everything you would need to cook a meal if you choose to and many items available if you happened to forget anything. If you are planning activities in Golden, it is walkable. Also a great place to stay as a hub if you are going to Estes Park or theColorado Springs area. Parking is onsite right in front of the door. Area felt very safe. I would highly recommend.

I have stayed in many VRBOs and this owner and property take SUPER HOST to a new level. The Golden Foothills Suite was PERFECT. Communication was exceptional. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Parking was easy. The Suite is exceptionally well organized and equipped. It had everything one might need. The place is immaculately clean. Bed was new. Excellent mattress. Check in /check out process was seamless. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful, well laid out and functional. Unit is EXTREMELY quiet. Building is no pets, no smoking. So there were NO ODORS. All in all it was and is perfection. SUPER HOST to the MAX at the Golden Foothills Suite. Jay is an outstanding host and he made sure my stay was flawless. THANK YOU so much!!

Due to an unexpected family issue, we weren’t able to make this trip, but the owner was exceptionally kind, responsive, and professional in working with us. We truly appreciate his compassion and look forward to staying in the condo in January.

Wonderful stay! The host was very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. We took this trip for a birthday celebration and the host left a small surprise to celebrate when we arrived! There was also filtered water, a few snacks, and some breakfast items. They also had all kinds of extra toiletries and were supplied with detergent, extra blankets, and stadium seat cushions for Red Rocks, as well as brought us extra outdoor blankets to stay warm during our trip to Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert! The host was great in communicating, answered any and all questions in a timely manner, and also considered our late check in time (due to travel) and offered us a later check out time. Overall, 5 ! This is the place to stay if attending Red Rocks!

Finding the right outside door to the residential suites took a minute, but once we arrived to the unit, all was well! Jay kindly had some snacks there for us, cold filtered water in the fridge, and even a small welcome sign. The kitchen was well appointed, we enjoyed delicious fresh ground coffee each morning, and while we didn't cook- there were many herbs and spices for use if one chose to do so!

Jay's place was just perfect! He thought of everything you would need or want. We will definitely book again when in Golden.

My husband and I booked a long getaway over the Memorial weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased with the apartment! Perfect location, very clean and ease of communicating with Jay was great. The apartment had everything we needed and then some. Extra nice touches taking it to the next level (coffee/tea, snack basket, extra toiletries basket in case you forgot something and great info on the surrounding area and all it offers). We took the Lariat Loop one day as recommended and it didn’t disappoint! Definitely a must is to take the extra 18 mile drive up to Echo Lake! Our trip was a combination of business in Denver and leisure, and the city of Golden proved to be the ideal base for both. The light rail into Denver was incredibly convenient—just a short distance from the property and easy to navigate.As for the accommodations, the Golden Foothills Suite exceeded our expectations. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the emphasis on sustainability and stewardship to the small travel essentials you might forget to pack—everything was taken care of.The building is quiet, impeccably maintained, and each time we returned, it truly felt like coming home.Jay is a wonderfully attentive host, responding promptly to any questions we had before and during our stay. Even before we arrived, Jay kindly offered to take us hiking—and of course, we said yes! He and Susan guided us through a scenic hike in Apex Park, pointing out local birds, native plants, and stunning geological features along the way.All in all, this was one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in—highly recommended!

I was here for my son's graduation from Mines. This condo was in a safe area, and it was very close to campus, which made things really easy for us all.Condo was clean, and the host had a welcome basket filled with goodies!

The owner is prompt with communicating. We loved the filtered water system, make-up mirror, comfortable bed and the coffee and snacks that were provided. Close to school of Mines for parents like me. I'll definitely stay again.

I usually drive thru Golden each year on my way up to the mountains for skiing. It’s a great way to acclimatize for a day.I chose this VRBO based on how it looked and its convenient location. Close to town, groceries and nice places to eat at night.The place was immaculate and the host couldn’t have been more attentive and accommodating. Bathroom was modern and clean, kitchen well kitted out, electronics all worked perfectly, excellent parking and a very comfortable bed. I would recommend this place highly to anyone!
