The apartment has its own separate washer and dryer master suite bathroom and 40 inch TV. Local channels are available and if you would like additional options there is an HDMI cable and Internet available for you to access other prime video possibilities. I’ve needed to increase my cleaning charges due to new cleaning requirements/time needed and to ensure the entire apartment and sanitized for your safety during COVID-19. This is a vacation rental and I prefer to rent to people that are on vacation. I prefer renters not planning on working from the apartment full-time. Thanks for understanding .If tenants are staying more than three weeks there’s potential for Extra fee for Excessive utility usage.
