The lobby is a shared space and other guests may be utilizing it as well. The lower unit is available to rent separately or both units together for larger parties. The huts border the property and are an archeological site to explore. The home comfortably houses up to 10 guests. Discover a master bedroom featuring a king bed, 2 rooms with a queen bed, a snug-fitting loft with a full size bed, and a bedroom with twin-sized bunk beds- perfect for the kids. The home offers a 6/7 person hot tub, a dry sauna, an infrared sauna, and 2 fire pits- ensuring tranquility throughout your stay. Most wood is locally harvested, and locally handcrafted by Sun Peak Builders. This earthen home has a healing nature. It's one of those feelings words have a hard time capturing. The upper unit is available to rent separately or both units together for larger parties. The huts border the property and are an archeological site to explore. On the right side of the thermostat there’s a little door. When you open it there will be a control panel to control the heat up and down.brbrAC: There is an AC unit in the living rooms. There is a remote control that operates the units: The top left button is the power button. If it’s not in cooling mode, press the ‘mode’ button and select ‘cool.’ And use the up and down arrow buttons to adjust to desired temperature! brbrCold Plunging: Just southeast of the home is Spanish Creek, which offers fresh, crisp, cold mountain water flowing right out of the Sangre De Cristo mountains. The temperatures range from 35°-60° depending on the season. Keep in mind that the water level ranges throughout the year.
