The full bathroom also has a hair dryer, shower supplies, and a luxurious oversized shower head.brbrThe kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home and more. We supply basic spices like salt/pepper/cooking oil and a crock pot, blender, coffee maker and starter supply of essentials like paper towels, trash bags, etc. If you do need a specific instrument, just ask - we will do our best to make sure it is waiting for you upon arrival!brbrWe also supply some fun items like a deck of cards, a few games, and a smartTV (log into your own apps). Parking for 2 vehicles.brbrbrbrThe Space:brbrThis is a fantastic 4 bedroom, 3 bath renovated Chateaux condo.  Warm, comfortable and close to the slopes, a great place to start your adventures in Crested Butte. *** PLEASE NOTE as of 12/9/2025 the hot tub is under repair with repairs expected to be finished around mid-January 2026 and is not usable. The pool is available and kept heated during this time. Please note that all prices reflect this.***brbrbrbrThe condo is setup with a fully equipped, renovated kitchen with about everything you will need to cook any meal.  There is a dining table that comfortably seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the bar top.  The living room has a wood burning fireplace to warm up after a long day of recreating and a comfortable couch to relax on while watching tv.  Firewood and free WIFI are complimentary through the HOA.brbrAll bedrooms have a tv and the primary bedroom and first guest room have ensuite baths and king beds.   Across from the dining area you have 2 more bedrooms and a shared full bath.  These bedrooms are made up with a queen bed in one and a bunk room in the other.  The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed.  This room has a VHS and DVD player to entertain the kids. It does typically shut down after the ski season ends and reopens about the 3rd week of June to Labor Day. Summary:brbrAdorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on Elk Ave.  Across from the town tennis courts.  Dog friendly!brbrbrbrThe Space:brbrTerrific 2 bedroom, 2 bath stand alone home right in the heart of town on Elk Ave, within 1/2 a block to the free shuttle to the mountain, practically right across the street from the town tennis courts. Bring your pooch!brbrbrbrAs you walk into the house you will find a functional mudroom to put your boots, shoes and some of your gear. Continue in and to the left is the living room and to the right is the kitchen. The very functional kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and a dining nook.  The living room has a pullout sofa and a smart tv with Apple TV connected to it.  While the pictures show a fireplace, it is no longer operational as the owner put in a boiler years ago for heat. The downstairs is all wood floors except for in the mudroom which is tile. There is a full bath on the first floor with full sized washer and dryer.brbrbrbrYou will find 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath. One bedroom has a queen bed with a full futon. The other guest room has 2 twin beds.brbrThere is a large deck overlooking a fenced in backyard. You will also find a gas grill on the deck year round.  brbrbrbrThe free town shuttle stops right down the street at the Four Way Stop which will take you around town and up to the ski resort. brbrbrbrThis is a pet friendly property.
