It sits back on the lot to insure privacy and a quiet stay. The property is surrounded by fences, a well lit sidewalk, and motion sensors, which allow for a secure, safe stay. We do allow pets (with pre-approval) and even have goats and chickens for you to watch from the comfort of your private deck.brbrEnjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while you watch one of our gorgeous sunrises or sunsets from the comfort of your own deck. There are beautiful mountain views from your porch and even a few goats to watch as you relax and unplug. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE GOATS. As you enter the cottage you will be greeted with an open concept kitchen and living room complete with tall ceilings, a loft (that is NOT for use, Sorry) a full sized refrigerator, oven and stove top. The kitchen is equipped with popular spices, a coffee maker, French press, toaster, blender, gas range top, toaster oven, microwave and a full size fridge.brThe restroom comes with: shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap , towels, and walk in shower.brThe bedroom comes with a queen size bed for two guests. There are local channels to watch on TV but no cable or satellite networks. There is a blu- ray player. If you have Netflix, the TV is set up for Netflix.brHigh speed Internet is provided to make your stay more convenient.
