The house was very close to Old Town and shops and restaurant. The walkability was great.

This was our first Vrbo experience - we stayed for 11 days - and I don't think it could have gone any better. The host was wonderfully communicative and helpful. Check in was a breeze and the property was as-advertised. It's not a luxury house - we didn't pay for that - but it was very functional and clean.This 3 bed, 2 bath split floor plan was great for our party. It had parking, a fully functional kitchen, pots, pans, dishes, forks, towels - everything you need. It's great because there's a bedroom suite downstairs with a small living room so one couple can have their own level while there are two more bedrooms, a bath and the kitchen upstairs. The location is a MAJOR selling point - just a block to Old Colorado City/Colorado Ave. where there are many shops and excellent unique restaurants to be found. It was so amazingly convenient to hiking trails, Manitou Springs, downtown and most everything else that we couldn't have chosen a better location. I could go on raving about this property but it's the host that I need to mention with my last paragraph. The true measure is not when everything goes right but when something goes wrong. One day we had no hot water - the pilot light on the furnace went out. We tried to light it but it wouldn't catch for us. So I reached out to the host and she responded IMMEDIATELY and had her guy out there within an hour to light the pilot light again. You couldn't ask for anything more from a host. A

We stayed here to attend our grandson’s USAFA graduation. There were 6 of us that stayed. The location was wonderful & allowed us to enjoy the area between events. The house had everything we needed & there were great restaurants in the area. We were able to cook a few meals & the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and had all of the amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay, felt clean and comfortable within the place. We would stay here again, and the host was extremely kind and communicated well with us!

Internet did not work. Overall we enjoyed our stay and especially that it was close to restaurants and things.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and so easy to communicate with. The home was spotless, the furniture was very comfortable, and the furnishings were beautiful. The views were truly spectacular, and the location was perfect — so convenient to all the major attractions. We loved every minute and would happily stay here again!

Great stay to celebrate Thsnksgiving with our family. House was equipped with everything we needed to cook. Host was extremely prompt with responses and also let us check in earlier due to our son’s basketball game. Very convenient location - able to walk to town and restaurants.

Wonderful location and very clean. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Would suggest updating photo to show dining table. We expected and preferred the couch/chairs that were pictured. (But others might like the large dining table with bench seating) There was nowhere comfy to sit without going downstairs to family room.

My family and I loved that there was a quiet bedroom away from the others, and the home was so, so clean!The location is perfect! Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City, super close to Garden of the Gods, and easy driving distance to about a million great spots!! Cannot wait to return!!!

It was the absolute perfect location! My friends and I loved our stay and were all able to sleep very comfortably.

Overall, we had a great stay! The location was very convenient and it was great to have off the street parking. The house was comfortable and came with a lot of amenities. The only inconvenience was the amount of toilet paper that we had for four people. We were left with two rolls in addition to a 1/4 of a roll that was already in the one bathroom when we got there. The host was quick to respond when I inquired, but confirmed that anything outside of the two new rolls left, we were responsible for. Two rolls were definitely not enough for four people across 5 days, but I feel like this should’ve been communicated better. Other than the toilet paper, we had extra of everything else- towels, laundry detergent, garbage bags, shampoo, etc.

Great location, lovely kitchen and decor. Was hard to tell online that the kitchen and dining area was upstairs from the living room, so a bit of up and down. Garage can only accommodate a compact car, but still able to park in the driveway.

We took our 79 year old dad to see the Royal Gorge, our stay was centrally located for lots attractions and 1 block off Old Colorado City. Lots to do!

This place was extremely clean and conveniently located. The view of the mountains was gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed the home and all it had to offer. It was easy to access. Instructions on checking in/out were clear. The home and amenities were updated and clean. There were enough cooking tools that I was able to do what I needed in the kitchen. It was a quick drive to Garden of the Gods and downtown manitou springs. I loved the view of pikes peak from the deck. It was great to walk 1 block to be on the downtown strip and have quick access to shopping and restaurants. It was a short drive under 3 mi drive to an urgent care which was helpful when I needed an inhaler.

This is our 2nd visit to Colorado Springs, wanted to return for my 65th bday! The house was very convenient to many attractions, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, restaurants and shopping! We were very comfortable was perfect for the 6 of us! Loved the fireplace and couches so comfy! We enjoyed the big dining table for our meals! I will defintely like to return in the future! Highly recommend this home and the host was amazing! Easy communication!

Adorable and well thought-out setup and stocked with the necessities. The location was phenomenal and the views were priceless. What a wonderful experience for my family visiting Colorado for the first time.

The location was in a great location for all the things we wanted to do around Colorado Springs. Big kitchen and dining space, comfy beds and a quiet street. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The stay was good for the most part. Areas of improvement: The couch downstairs is broken and needs replaced. Thus with that being the only living area to relax, it was not comfortable. There were complaints online about this in 2023 and it was not rectified since. The bunk bed in the bedroom was loud with any movement, that also needs fixed. The pillows smelled of body odor. No other complaints.

Although the place could use some professional touches. The locations and ease of check in were fantastic. And the location was perfect to see all the wonderful locations around us.

The house was very nice and met our needs perfectly. Wish the ice machine didn’t work, downstairs bedroom tv did not consistently work and the couch downstairs has a pretty large gap in the back that you can really slip into if you’re not careful. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Overall happy with our stay. Easy check in process and location was ideal for the sights we wanted to visit. We thought the home was welcoming and it was nice to come back to after a long day sightseeing. We appreciated the comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. We felt the cleanliness could have been better in some areas, especially the upstairs bathroom. The towels looked very dingy. Also, the couch desperately needs to be replaced.

We had a wonderful stay and the communication with the owner was great. The location is prime for walking into town and visiting shops and restaurants. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and wine in the afternoon. Of note is the driveway which is on an incline and our rental car scraped bottom. You may park on the street but with a rental car we felt safer to use the driveway. We would have no problem renting this property again on a return visit. We enjoyed this home.
