Kick back and relaxing luxury home, calm western space near the Broadmoor.

Just a quick trip for 2 nights and this house was perfect for us, Was able to check in a bit early and would recommend this house Thanks.

We traveled to CS for a family members graduation and acompanying parties. Our stay at this rental was relaxing and the host was very responsive. When traveling to the area in the future we will definitely book this property again.

Overall the property was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay but here are some suggestions for guests comfort. Bathroom towel racks. Bedroom tvs. Dresser and seating for downstairs bedroom. 2 of 3 ceiling fans didn’t work, may have needed batteries. Bathroom dispensers were not filled.

The property was really nice and cozy! We loved our stay and it felt very Colorado. Lots of nice amenities and plenty of space for two people. The only things we had difficulties with were opening the sliding bathroom door if it was closed fully, and that the shower flooded and did not drain properly.

The location is fabulous, and the property is very nice. We had some issues figuring out the ceiling fans as there were no instructions on how to operate them, and the remote controls for them did not work. The main level double shower's drain did not flow well at all, resulting in water overflowing into the main bathroom sink area. Also, the bathroom didn't have any towels bars or hooks for us to hang our bathroom bags. We washed some clothes in the very nice washer & dryer, but kept getting an error message on the dryer which was not drying our clothes. We checked the lint trap, and found a huge amount of lint caked in the trap (it clearly had not been checked by whoever is cleaning the place for a good while). After we removed the lint, it worked great. I attempted to contact the owner about the ceiling fan issue, and she responded a day later to my query, saying they were on vacation. Overall, it was a nice place, but the execution of upkeep was wanting.

Pros: The living area was very comfortable and the bed too! The decor was beautiful with unique pieces of quality art. The heated bathroom shower floors were a plus. Host was very responsive to requests/ questions.Cons: The fixtures( overhead fans, bathroom lighting fixtures) were extremely dust. The flooring had some clumps of dust and hair in spots. Could have ceramic cereal bowls for microwaving items instead of plastic.

Most everything was excellent. Two pot lights were partially out of the wall/ceiling but not overly noticeable. Host was great.

Great neighborhood. Nice layout and loved the fireplace. The king bed mattress was excellent!Overall it was a good place to stay. On the downside the place could use more attention as the water filter in the frig needed to be replaced as the water only trickled out. There was only one washcloth and no place to hang wet towels. The bathroom barn style door also took a lot of muscle to open and close. In the main bedroom another nightstand would be very helpful as there was only one.

A wonderful place…Host was great and it is close to everything you would want to do..Wish we had more time to stay..If you come to Colorado Springs this is the place to stay we will be back soon..Check in was easy and the host was wonderful..We just loved the neighborhood and like i said it is close to everything..The bed is to die for it was so comfortable..Would give more than 5 stars if i could..

The place was amazing, very clean. Communication started slow. VRBO told me I would get check in instructions three days before, but I only got them a day before. Overall a wonderful home and I would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful place both inside and out!

The home worked out great and nicely decorated. We had 2 couples and the separate levels with our own bathrooms was the perfect layout. The only thing to note for renters is bring a higher clearance vehicle or plan on parking on the street. We had a mustang and Tesla Y. Both would scrap when pulling in and out of the driveway.

Nice place. Needs some small things fixed. Floors need cleaned around furniture legs. Fans need cleaned off. Comforters need cleaned. Showers are awesome! Bed was awesome. Check in great. Kitchen was great. Home decor created a lot of questions from our children.

This place is knock out gorgeous, perfect for two couples or a party of three or four. Located in a beautiful neighborhood and super close to parks and activities (the zoo, The Garden of the Gods…), it offers an ideal get away. The home is decorated to perfection, the deck is lovely, and the backyard is an oasis. We loved our time here. Would highly recommend.

It was a nice property. It needed to be cleaned prior to us coming. The toilets were a mess and the floors were not swepped. We had to take time and our own expense to clean the toilets prior to staying. It was a quiet neighborhood.

In two words... jaw dropping. The online photos (sorry VRBO) did not begin to do it justice. This circa 1951 property was remodeled recently with numerous high-end touches. All rooms were spacious and well appointed. The main bath had a huge walk-in shower with 4 showering options and 4 correlating faucet handles. Additionally, it had a large, free standing tub and dual sinks. The large kitchen was outfitted with plentiful, beautiful cabinetry, granite counters and modern appliances. The dining/living area leads out to a covered deck overlooking a nice patio area and lots of trees. Until arriving we really weren't sure where the 2nd bedroom was situated. It was basement level accessed by a lovely, circular stairway leading to a nicely furnished bedroom and second bathroom. The main bedroom on the top floor is just off the entry Hall. It's nicely decorated with a KS bed, large dresser, night stand, wing back bedroom chair and a good sized walk-in closet. Also important was the hostess' responsiveness to my in app queries about various aspects of the property.

There was a hiccup at checkin but Paula was quick to respond and came up with a solution to resolve the issue. The home is in a great neighborhood and a short drive to downtown Manitou and Incline.

The property was exactly as described in the listing, except the listing doesn’t do justice to the great neighborhood it’s in. On a nice day you could take a 10 minute walk up to the Broadmoor or take a short ride into town. The house had everything we needed for our family of four. If there was one critique it would be that the downstairs bedroom does not have window shades, but the host does provide a tall fold out screen. If you need to have total darkness to sleep you’ll want to sleep in the upstairs bedroom.

The home was in a great location and was well appointed. We loved the backyard and deck, which was perfect for a morning coffee. I would definitely stay again. Although the yard is shared with the main house, we had it all to ourselves.

Property was nice, check in was terrible

The property was clean, and in a great location. We were within 20-30 minutes of the activities we wanted to do. The host was curteous, and checked in to see how our stay was going.

A really lovely part of the Springs in a very nice neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to all of the attractions - Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods etc. The home is large and modern and nicely decorated. All in all, great value for money and the perfect place for a Springs getaway.

The house is very nice, updated and in a great neighborhood. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous. My only suggestion is to put up drapes or blinds in the basement bedroom.

Paula’s home was SPECTACULAR. Everything was incredibly modern and new: from the kitchen appliances to the washer/dryer to the beds, and beyond. The bathrooms were gorgeous and brand new… the master bath even had wall mounted shower heads… great touch! The kitchen sink looked like it was carved out of a mountain. All the decor was well themed and artfully chosen… feelings of zen surrounded us during our stay. While we barely used the outside space, the elevated deck and fire pit were a nice touch that we wished we had more time to enjoy. The neighborhood is safe, conveniently located near supermarkets, and is near plenty of restaurants.All in all, there were multiple instances every day when my wife and I would walk in and say “this place is awesome!”I would recommend Paula’s home 11 times out of 10. Thank you so much for having us as guests! It was a pleasure to stay in your home.

Had conference at Broadmoor, weather permitting, it's about a 20 minute beautiful walk. Great Location!

We had a wonderful week and a half in this perfectly located, beautiful home with a great view! Paula was very quick to respond to any questions and gave us some great suggestions of places to eat and things to do in the area.

I would recommend this property to anyone, it’s very nice on the inside and very clean. I had an incredible time and the location is awesome.The property owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with, and I will stay there again

When we look for a VRBO/Air B&B, we are always looking for a place with an outstanding king size bed. This bed was just what we were looking for. It's so comfortable. This VRBO is like staying in the Mother-In -Laws Suite connected to the owner's home. It is absolutely beautiful. The first morning it had snowed. We enjoyed our breakfast and drinking our tea looking out the floor to ceiling windows taking in the beauty. This place has a beautiful walk-in shower, large bathroom, wonderful kitchen. Could not ask for anything more. The neighborhood was so quiet. So close to the Broadmoor. Paula was so good about answering my messages, even though she was out of the country. Paula does have dogs, so you receive an early wakeup call each morning. We will definitely return when visiting Colorado Springs.

Lovely vrbo in a great location. I had hoped to walk to Broadmoor for conference but the Colorado weather had other plans. It would have been an easy, quick 20 min walk if not for the 8+ inches of snow. I would definitely stay here again, the vrbo was exactly as described and had all I needed for.a wonderful stay. Communication was easy and pleasant. 5 stars across the board!

Attended wedding at Broadmoor (2 couples). Location convenient for wedding events and Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak/Garden of Gods. Property clean and updated. Looks like still doing some finishing touches to property

The property was perfect for my wife, dog and me. It was ideally located for our hike up the Manitou Incline, checking out the local sights and our daily trips to the nearby dog park with a stream for the dogs. The property is in a quiet, delightful neighborhood and is well furnished with higher end amenities. It was a great place to relax after a busy day and our dog loved the back yard.

Neighborhood and accommodations were perfect for a quick getaway.

Place was in excellent condition; loved the downstairs bedroom, kitchen, view of nature past the backyard. Was one mile from Broadmoor, a little hike that did me good.
