Awesome relaxing comfortable place! Stayed 5 days and it was so quiet and peaceful and only 10 minutes away from my grandson. Our hosts were wonderful! Viola thought of everything to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. We had a small issue with the TV and Steve came down immediately and helped us. Everything is exactly as described in their listing and it was perfect for us. We will be back!

Viola was very attentive to our needs. There is a park across the street to go for a walk. Nice quiet neighborhood, convenient to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak.

Viola made this experience one of the best experiences that I have had with a Vrbo! Her hospitality was behind what was expected. The downstairs facility was more than adequate for myself and my daughter, and we could’ve brought extra people with us. She had some great state-of-the-art cooking appliances to make our stay easier and of course the hot tub was fabulous. The only downside I have are the stairs are a little bit, steep to go down to the basement so keep that in mind if you’re not able to move very well up and downstairs but overall 10 out of 10 I would definitely stay here again. One of the best features is the drive off of the mountain out of the neighborhood. You have a beautiful view of Pikes Peak, and the gardens.

Everything was AOK.

We just stayed a couple of nights so did not use the hot tub and can’t comment on that. Everything was in order and perfectly clean and welcoming. The nights (and days) were freezing but we’d have never known because the preset temperature was perfect! They had a Keurig coffee maker with a large selection of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The bathroom was clean and we were provided with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, etc. the beds were comfortable and cozy. They have a ping pong table, too! Great stay!

Our hosts made us feel welcome and were there to answer questions. This VRBO was only 1.7 miles from our daughter’s house, and perfect for our needs.

Everything was perfect! The place was beautiful, clean and well supplied. The hosts were great with providing information. The hot tub was just what we needed after hiking!

Really enjoyed the space. It was clean, safe, and in great proximity to Briargate with shopping and eating close by. Viola was the best hostess! Will definitely stay here again!

The place has everything you need and it‘s in a good location, quiet with nice surroundings, but near to the shops etc. But the most impressive are Viola and Steve. They are so helpful and supportive without beeing intrusive. They are great hosts. That is something extraordinary.
