Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at extremely cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, reaching 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.brbrbrbr❄️ Cooling: Our Portable AC Unit is installed for the warmer summer months to keep you comfortable during your stay.brbrbrbr Lawn Care: To keep the property looking its best, our grounds crew visits on Mondays and Tuesdays during daytime hours. The primary bedroom features a Select Comfort king bed and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom is great for kids, with seperated floor level bunk bed for 2. The third bedroom offers a comfy queen-sized bed.
