very chill.

I only talked to the host one time about a Christmas tree before we got there. The house was great and was a perfect location for all the places we adventured we went out to in the five days we were there. The house was plenty big for my family. The few downsides I would have to say is I would of rather have had another small sofa then two chairs cause if your in the living room wanting to watch movies all together (my family size was four adults and two kids) then you really don't have enough room for that. Also there is a TV in two of the rooms but why not the third one, and the only other thing is in the master bathroom the hot water didn't really get hot it was more like luke warm. All in all thought it honestly it was a great house. I mean If I ever go back there for vacation again I could see me renting this place again. Thank you!

This abnb has everything I needed in it.

The home felt secure and was clean and as pictured. There were no true mixing or serving bowls in the kitchen but that was ok. Everything else needed to cook (even olive oil) was present and appreciated. I loved the large room with multiple beds for the kids. The adult beds were not very comfortable as far as the mattresses and pillows and sheets. TV was easy to use, there were two board games that my kids liked. We loved the large dining room table as well.

Overall, it was a good stay. The yard was not kept up as the photos show (the lawn guy came while we were trying to check out) and we had issues with the a/c. It was 80 degrees when we got there and the next afternoon when we got there, even after adjusting the thermostat to stay where we set it, it was 80 degrees again in the main part of the house. The bedrooms were worse. After reaching out to property management, they asked the owner to adjust the a/c. Bed in the “master” was extremely uncomfortable.

Wonderful property and communication from host company. Very clean and spacious. The yard is more unkempt than the photos and We had a couple slight issues like the air conditioner temp kept resetting itself and the front door lock not working at the end, but we very much enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay for our annual friends trip. Lots of room! Great location. Not far from the zoo and Garden of the Gods. Very responsive!

Property was clean and close to everything. The property owners were prompt with communication.

Great layout for our group of 7. We loved having the fenced backyard for the kids to play in. Beth checked in with us to make sure all was good, which was very nice.

The brought us a charcoal grill, which is not normally at this location. That is above and beyond!! 4 stars and not 5 because the screen door was broken and the hot water is good in the bathroom in front but not the bath in the master which i think is weird.

The property has a good amount of space, in a good location and feels comfortable and like home. Neighborhood has quite of bit of night time traffic, but there are fans there provided and we brought a noise machine. Quick drive to down town, zoo, garden of gods. Master bedroom gets cold at night, but space heaters worked well. Beeds need the slates to be srewed down, but were comfortable overall. Check out instructions at house were different than online, so followed online. Got quick feedback when we needed to fix alarm. Great spot for a family of 6 like ours.

The house was clean, roomy, and is in a good location.

House was clean and well maintained. It situated off one of the main roads but it was still quiet. Price was considerably better than others we found and close to most of the areas we wanted to see. We’ll definitely book again when we go back.

We have very good time , even when with somethings like the heater didnt work , but the owner was great answering my calls, texts and fixing it , hes very nice guy

The bathroom door did not close, it was blocked by the toilet. Also the first night the heater was insufficient, only reached 60 degrees. Otherwise, we enjoyed the space, board games, TV/internet and nicely stocked kitchen, flatware, pans etc.

Short drive to downtown, well supplied kitchen, very responsive management.
