Wonderful location, especially if you want to explore all that Summit County has to offer 5 minutes to Breckenridge, 15 minutes to Keystone and Copper Mountain ski areas, right off highway 9, but very quiet and feels very secluded. A 3 minute walk to the free bus stop that drops you off right at Breckenridge gondola in 5 minutes.brThis modern custom built home on half an acre has plenty of space and a fabulous gourmet kitchen, all high end stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a 6 burner gas cooktop on an enormous island that seats 5 people, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking anything! There is a step down open dining area with an artistic hand made metal table that seats 8, and there are many windows and a set of french doors off of the dining area onto the patio. There is a built in desk in the great roombrThe 3rd floor of the house is all master suite with high ceilings, there is a spacious master bathroom with a high-powered two-person jacuzzi tub and a very large shower with two high end shower heads, and their are 2 custom made granite bowl sinks on concrete countertops, and a walk in closet. The views are gorgeous throughout the house, but spectacular from from the master suite. brThe two bedrooms on the main level each have their own bathroom, one bedroom sleeps 4 (queen and full) and has childrens books of all ages, which is a great room for kids, the other guest room has a queen-size bed with a television also in it and plenty of board games in the closet.brThe heated 3 car garage is available for all ski/bike/ golf storage needs and 1 large vehicle and one small vehicle could be parked in garage. You enter thru the x-large front door. the owner sometimes uses the completely separate basement area off the garage.brThe main level of the house has a very open spacious feeling with large 16 foot ceilings and beautiful wood curved beams, with lots of windows!! An 11x14 large oriental rug in main area covers the bamboo floors, which is throughout the rest of the house. Their is a 47 inch Smart TV with access to Netflix, etc. above the fireplace. with High speed internet. Off of the main level there is a large laundry room. There is a built in surround sound system throughout the house, and a gas fireplace. The beds are very comfortable with high quality linens. The entire house is in floor radiant heat, so comfy on the feet. I do have a no shoes policy. You have access to using the garage for 2 vehicles and storing skis/bikes etc. .
